I come here frequently and have been really annoyed in the past with slow service, baristas wearing masks that are below their nose and sometimes even hanging below their mouths, and frequently incorrect drink orders. I've put up with it because I know how hard it is to be working in customer service during the pandemic and wanted to cut them some slack. But today was the final straw- I drove up and one of the baristas had no mask on whatsoever. For the first time ever I left no tip (I used to be a barista myself so I religiously tip at least 20%) and I won't be back. If you are concerned about covid- pick another coffee shop because Bigfoot clearly is not. read more

I seldom give bad reviews but the issue at this location has been consistent. They take forever to move the line. I began going often in April during the shelter order. The line would move slow. The young ladies working would often chat with customers after their order was complete and Payment was complete. But, I was patient and just enjoyed the chance to get out of the house. Now, many people are returning to work and often make plans to get coffee on their way to work. That's what I did today. I was in line for over 20 minutes with only a few cars ahead of me when I pulled in. I contemplated getting out of line because I knew I'd be late for a 10:30 meeting. But, I was stuck. Finally, a car moved forward. I began feeling hopeful. Bad idea! The next car was at the window for TEN minutes. The driver had their drink in 5 minutes but the young lady working decided that she wanted to chit chat with the driver for another 5 minutes in complete disregard for the long line that had formed. I could tell the young girl in the car in front of me was getting anxious too by her body language. She too was unable to get out of the line. When I finally got to the window to order and my frustration was probably evident, there was no apology, simply a snarky comment to her coworker about unhappy customers. Unhappy customers? Yes, I was unhappy to have waited unnecessarily. I am a very patient person and I know sometimes things happen and waiting is necessary. It was not necessary and is seldom necessary at this location. Well, with all due respect, when a number of customers pull up and are clearly frustrated, shouldn't you be asking yourself why? During a time when MANY people need jobs and are willing to work HARD to provide for their families, dealing with workers who don't prioritize customer service is super disappointing read more

GREAT product and design with this company/brand. Unfortunately though, you can always expect inappropriate conversations among the staff! These employees have been mistreated for so long by their superiors and the superiors above them. I really would hate to see a brand throw it all away over that, especially a local one. The coffee here is good (nice and smooth, not bitter at all!) and the people working are super nice. The thing that keeps me from giving it more stars is it's kind of pricey. They can turn any drink into a "frostbite" which is a blended drink but they charge you something like $1.50 extra to do it - hmmmm... so, two lattes turned into frostbites cost me over $10. Sure, I ordered it - but sadly didn't do the math before I placed my order. Won't make that mistake again! I now stick with Americanos - they're pretty safe on the old bank account. They are open 24 hours though which is nice when you're coming back from a late night trip over the pass. Just pop off for a quick warm up. read more

I love this place. Very good coffees. I like multiple of the concoctions they make, the Mythical Mocha is my go to though. The girls know how to prepare a beverage hot or cold. Speed is usually fast, sometimes there is a long line of cars, so I'll skip waiting on that day. I'd say they are 10 times better than the best Starbucks. Keep it up gals! read more

I have a really good experience at this stand. The staff was so nice and made sure I had everything that I needed in the correct way that I wanted it to be made. I really enjoy how they are open 24 hours, it is really convenient if you're going on a road trip or craving something late at night. My sweet boyfriend often gets me coffee on the weekend. He comes here because they're open 24 hours and there are very few coffee shops open at that time. He doesn't drink coffee, so he orders it exactly how I write it which is an iced tall americano with cream. Not a difficult drink to make except every time he brings it to me it's wrong. Often times the coffee is very weak and it mostly tastes like milk, or there's hardly any ice. Today there was sweetener in it which an americano should not have sweetener. it's a very simple drink....espresso, water, ice, cream. Maybe the baristas should go back to basics and focus on the coffee. It's also gotten pretty expensive so I feel like if we're going to spend that much money we should be getting what we order. read more

I am so in love with their coffee here! The most savory I've ever had. I couldn't stop raving about my white chocolate powder mocha even after I finished it. The espresso they use was just right, not weak and not bitter. The baristas were very sweet and friendly. We also tried the mythical mocha and that was a unanimous hit! Very very pleased, and I will be dreaming about their coffee until I'm back in Issaquah! read more

I don't know what the rave about this place is! The FIRST time ever that I did not finish my coffee. Got a white mocha (2shots), lacked flavor and just felt flat! It was lukewarm milk? In a to-go cup. I am sure there are other better coffee places around. Won't be going back here for sure. read more

The same drink I get 3-5 days a week. They charged me for 2 shots because that's not in the standard drink?!? There were no stipulations on my free drink and no supervisor to speak to. I visited the Mt. Vernon location in Washington and was left speechless with the horrible customer service and the coffee was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Went to big foot 3 days in a row. First day my latte was pretty good, but not much foam and just lacking a bit in flavor, but the barista was very nice. Second day I ordered the same drink from a different barista... Way less flavor and taste all together, and there was no foam at all. The barista was super friendly, but that doesn't matter much when the coffee isn't tasty. Third day was the same girl as second and it was the same thing. I would only go back if I REALLY wanted a coffee quick or if I had a coupon. read more

I love this location. I go all the time after work and basically just ask for something raspberry flavored with yogurt. It is a little different everytime a different person makes it but it is delicious and I drink so many of them. The service is a little slow but since it is 1 or 2 in the morning when I go I think it is reasonable to have to wait a few minutes for drinks to be made. I went there a few days ago with some friends and we attempted to order the hot caramel apple drink for one friend. The syrup was acting weird so she added some real syrup that my friend described as maple-y? She did not like the drink but because of the problem with the syrups the employee offered to make her another drink so she got a chocolate milkshake. So far so good! Only been a couple times, ordering 24 OZ white chocolate white coffees. So far the two baristas that have helped me were knowledgeable and made my coffee just fine while being nice at the same time, It's hard to get a good coffee with full body and sweetened just right. read more

We were driving through Washington on our way back to Montana last week, the girl who was there (sometime between 7-9pm) was beyond sweet as we asked her question after question about Washington and Big Foot Java. I had the best latte I've had in years! But what made me want to write a review was the way she handled the customer at the other window, the customer's first language was very obviously not English but she took her time with them and even politely told them she herself spoke Spanish. The smile that went across the mans face was priceless.The experience truly made me want to stay in Washington, everyone is so caring and open minded. read more

Not sure what's up with the Marysville Bigfoot Java. Last 2 drinks were horrible. I ordered the blended Chai tea and is was NOT like the others I have had at a different location. It was dark brown and tasted like brown sugar syrup. The gal said "$11.56", which I thought was pricey for 2 drinks but ok. Paid with my card. Another girl handed me my 2 drinks and said "$10.58" WHAT????? I just paid a $1.00 more. I had driven away before I took a drink of my blended chai tea and discovered how awful it was. One sip was all I could drink. Do they use a different chia than the other locations? Not going back to this one again. read more

Coffee is good, that is, if you get it this century. I can't honestly say that I've ever backed out of a coffee stand line so many times in my life, and it's never even when they're busy. Typically I see 1-2 people in there, but not sure why takes them so long to be honest. Again, coffee tastes good, but the service is WAY too slow to make this stand worth going to. read more

This is my absolute favorite place to get coffee. It tastes better and costs less than the larger chain in the area. The baristas have memories that beat all.
