She had just taken an order 10 seconds ago, the doors were unlocked, and I had been waiting for 2 minutes behind them. Not to forgo, the employee and I made eye contact while I was in line and she did not mention that she would not be servicing me- just let me stand there waiting and then told me she wouldn't help me once the family had finished. I work super close and getting bobba is always a treat. Today I was bringing it over to a friend who I hadn't seen in a few months, and I was very excited. Now, I'm upset and feel disrespected.

Each of us ordered a slice of crepe cake, which felt like a perfect way to end the night. Out of the seven slices, my husband's slice was still frozen in the middle. I walked up to the counter where two young guys were working and politely asked if we could get a different slice, since everyone else was already seated and eating. Instead of acknowledging me, they immediately started speaking Chinese to each other without even a simple "one moment" or any indication they were discussing the issue, so I eventually just walked back to our table. About five minutes later, after they had apparently consulted with a woman in the back, one of the guys finally came over and told us they would not exchange the slice because my husband had already tried it. We were all just sitting there, honestly dumbfounded. A basic level of customer service would have been to apologize and swap one slice of cake, especially when you have a whole group there to celebrate. You didn't just refuse to replace a frozen slice of cake--you lost seven customers over the way you handled it. We will not be coming back.
