Some of the best coffee is sold here, I go here regularly. The workers and service they offer is better than almost any other coffee stand near by. The only thing that's a little iffy is that the workers are usually alone during their night shift. But other than that, the working space and energy surrounding the shop is unbeatable. read more

Pulled up today to order 2 drinks.. looked like a whole new crew.. the girl came to the window asking what we wanted, we were only able to say one drink then she walked away.. super confused. Stop here is a MUST for their frothy drinks and hot specialty mocha's really good. We love their Mythical Mocha and Saquatch Frostbite Mocha OMG! This little drive thru kiosk has drive thru windows on both side so you don't have to go around the tiny building. You place look at the menu board one car ahead before you reach the window to place your order and the barista will whip they drinks up in no time. I recently went to this location. I couldn't beleive the horrible service. I ordered my wifes drink which was an italian cream soda. The server (named Taylor) asked if she wanted whip cream, my wife said please. Soon after, the sever asked if it was ok to put more ice in her drink in lieu of whip cream becuase they were nearly out of whip cream My wife ended up just skipping the whip. I was really only interested in getting a large glass of ice water. Taylor was really quick to stop me mid-sentence to tell me they could only sell me a bottle of water with no ice to accompany. While visiting my in-laws for a couple of days my sister-in-law offered to get me a drink from here multiple times. Who can say no to free coffee?!? She got me a MYTHICAL MOCHA with white chocolate and creamy caramel topped with whipped cream and caramel sauce. Funny thing is I didn't taste the caramel. Eh! I spent 10 minutes waiting for my coffee only to be told that they do not accept cards without chips. So after handing me my coffee, I had to hand it back. So, in the end I was unable to get a coffee from them at 3am to start off my 12 hour shift in the ER due to not having a card with a chip. Seriously?!? What a waste of my time! Poor customer service and the corporate structure is extremely greedy!! They used to allow customers to BUY syrup in a cup, however, they're no longer allowed to "sell things off the menu." They offered to allow me to buy the syrup with the Red Bull on the side, but the point is that some people don't like the taste of Red Bull, that's why you bring your own energy drink and get the syrup. Considering that they used to do this, I don't understand what changed. Also the fact that they say they can't sell stuff "off the menu," is dumb because other customers come in and ask for crazy drink specials from months ago, and they can still make it. I don't understand. When working here, they used to tell us to not refuse service to anyone. So, I understand why they now might require people to buy the Red Bull, at the hugely marked up price that it is, but I don't understand why not allowing people to purchase syrup is that big of a deal because everything--cups, syrup, lids, straws, etc.--is bought in bulk. My sisters, husband and I were craving coffee at 11:30 p.m. We initially tried to find a Starbucks but the 24-hour locations were too far away. I vaguely remembered seeing BigFoot Java in the Fred Meyer parking lot on River Road and googled them. They're open 24 hours and they were minutes away. If you're not familiar, BigFoot Java is a standalone espresso booth where service can be given on both sides. When we arrived, it was so late that only one side was open. We tried their Nutty Yeti, Abominable White Mocha and Marionberry Mocha Monster. I also had a coupon from our Entertainment Book which saved us about $5.00. The service was friendly and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the coffee was too! She didn't have to write down our order (we got four drinks) and their menu is quite extensive. I will definitely go back and it's good to know that they are open 24 hours!!! read more
