I loved their selection. They have gear and guitars you don't typically see in the big box stores. The guy was friendly. Keep in mind that if you are going there to sell, you will NEVER get market value and you would be a fool to think that. It is like a pawn shop and will get offered about 50-60% tops. They have a little of everything here, it seems, though not always what you want when you want it. The service is good though, and knowledgeable. They can order what you want, and their mark-up is reasonable. I'd much rather pay a little bit extra here than give Bozo any more of my money. If you prefer supporting the local like I do, and you're of a musical bent, check them out. They have a decent selection of used merchandise too, and the sales staff is super friendly, which is way more than I can say for Chicken McMusic (Guitar Center) or, especially, Hugo Helmer Music, who has gotten so comfortable resting on their laurels they haven't noticed that the world has lit them on fire... For better, at least from a drummer's perspective, you'd have to go to American Music in Seattle. I'm glad Bigfoot is up north here for us Watcom and Snohomish rockers! Recommended. read more

I've been a customer for well over a decade, probably closer to 15 years now.... They are are an exceptionally professional staff, all highly knowledgeable & personable. Lots of great musical equipment in the store, there's at least always someone who can answer your questions about a particular piece of gear; percussion, keyboards, guitar....whatever. PA systems, other band equipment, you name it, they have it and are knowledgeable about it too. They are super chill & not out to make a sale, just more trying to help you understand what it is you're looking for.If you already know, they're just there, at your assistance. Really very cool & absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I've come to them repeatedly once or twice ( or more ) with some recurring guitar issues & they've always been totally pro & worked to fix the problem, oftentimes not charging me at all if it was something small or just a quick 2 minute fix, I know I shouldn't be advertising this maybe, but I think telling the world about their integrity means more. A great bunch of guys that take what they do seriously but are totally laid back & friendly....what more could you ask for? I'm dead serious too; this has been my personal experience from day one. Can't go wrong with Bigfoot Music & yes I hope more people go there & give them business because I support the small guy & I forgot to mention: unlike the big Guitar Center/big box whatever stores, these guys are all essentially family, been doing it a long time & know how to do it RIGHT. They also know what they're doing and they don't have a turnover like KFC. That should tell you something. Ok, rant over. Overpriced, mediocre gear! Small to medium selection, which isn't necessarily a bad thing if you have cool stuff. The staff always try to upsell you too. If you're into guitar's it's absolutely worth the trip down to Tommy's in Everett. That's a great guitar shop. read more
