Bigfoot has got to be the best pest control company I have ever used. To start off they are professional and perfect at what they do. With this Covid-19 going on the tech will always have gloves and a mask on. The product they use are second to none. I had carpenter ants in my garage, Hornets in my attic vent, and ants in my house. Bigfoot did a power spray for me and eliminated EVERYTHING! Not to mention I have not seen a bug around my house for a couple of years now. Last year I had mice. They found that I had a small opening in my crawl space. They sealed it up for me, set bait traps, and I haven't seen a mouse for a year now. I had a bumble bee problem by my front porch. I emailed Chris at 5:20 p.m. on Wednesday. By 9:15 a.m. Thursday morning, he was at my house. Saw where the bees were, suited up and sprayed the nest. Called Bigfoot on a Saturday morning about our ant problem. Chris was most helpful, explained the whole process and all pricing. Tech Leo arrived in the afternoon and sprayed and baited the area. We had quite the feeding frenzy that night as many many ants came out to enjoy the "feast". ( I felt a bit like Jim Jones.....) Twenty four hours later, I saw a total of three ants where there had been dozens. Chris advised it might take two weeks, which may be true for some. Our problem, however, is over for now. I had a group of bees flying around my back door that were starting to enter through a hole in my home and no matter what I sprayed I couldn't kill them because the queen bee needed to die and I needed a professional company to do that for me. I called bigfoot and they were able to come out the same day within an hr.and within a day it all disappeared and they even went to the extent to undo the caulking that I had filled the hole with in order to spray the solution into the hole. Great service! I called in the morning and here was here early this afternoon. For years we've had an occasional ant problem here and there and were able to keep them at bay with DIY home products. Unfortunately yesterday morning we woke up to a swarm of flying ants in our basement by our laundry room backdoor. When I called Chris he explained everything that was going on as to what was happening within the ant colony, what they were going to do and straight forward pricing (very responsible as well). He and his assistant came by at 1:00 (exactly when he said he would be here) and were done in about 40 min. He even explained his products and why they were safe for humans and animals to be around but not insects. Answered every question I had and was a very cool guy to speak with. I used this company for bed bugs. They convinced me to "trust them" and the system will work. Well....$1000+ later, I still had them. Treatments got less and less coverage (in and out of my house ). They started with whole house then did less and less each each week (several weeks treatment) and was still haunted by them. Finally, I had had enough of the "trust me" and bought a steamer and powder (at a friends suggestion). So guess what???? No more bed bugs!!! I should have "steamed" them out in the first place, would have saved myself hundreds of dollars wasted on these clowns. read more
