First thing to get out of the way is a disclaimer that I might be Biggby's biggest fan. So I'm probably a little more forgiving of some of the things I may pass sharper judgement on at other establishments. Ok, now that's out of the way I was so stinking excited when someone finally opened a Biggby here!! This location is a tough spot!! Being super familiar with the area, I wasn't put off by the difficult shopping center, but I hope this location is able to thrive despite the stress the physical location may bring. The traffic sucks, the turn in and turn out options to the shopping center suck, and the shopping center isn't the most attractively laid out despite the facelift attempt. But this Biggby location is a shining star in an odd location and they are killing it! The staff are so freaking nice no matter how busy they are. If you've never been to Biggby before, prepare your heart for every flavor combination under the sun. The number of flavor syrups Biggby offers is unreal! They also offer a number of sugar free options and non dairy options. I don't like overly sweet items, so warning if you're like me, ask to have the drink with one less flavor shot of each flavor your drink has. Their regular coffee is absolutely solid option. I'm a little snobby with my coffee sometimes, but I can't complain about their plain coffee. I drink it black, so I can't comment on the sugar or cream options but I'm sure they're just as plentiful as all the other options at Biggby. The only food I've gotten to try so far are the donut holes. No they weren't donut shop quality, but they were perfect with a giant cup of black coffee. The inside is super clean and spacious. The only thing missing for me at the physical location is some more intentional outdoor seating, but I'm sure the absence of it is part of the business plan to minimize location cost. read more

We tried several coffee places while we were visiting and this one fell very short for me. Actually for my wife as well. She did not have more than three drinks and threw it out. It was extremely sweet. Which is fine but the coffee itself did not taste good. They definitely have a huge menu and lots of options but I don't feel like there was a real coffee love here the inside was pretty bland. Staff were...mmm...just there. There was no greeting, they just stared at us. Didn't really say anything when we were about to order. It just felt a little awkward. Inside was pretty middle of the road. Just a standard coffee shop. No extra decor or cuteness. And that's fine. Once you have parking and they had clean restrooms. Overpriced and much much better options elsewhere. read more

Nice little coffee shop. The inside is a mix of box coffee chain and cozy coffee shop. There was a cozy little fire place and various seeting options. There are nice little half booths that would serve well for a work place as you sip a coffee. I jad never been before and the person at the register was nice and welcoming. He gave me recommendations and we settled on the Butter beer cold brew. I was not steared wrong it was delicious. There are some breakfast items available as well as light pastries. I've been on a mission to try every Biggby in Raleigh. I've enjoyed the cold brew iced coffee as well as the donut holes here. Very good! I'm not a coffee enthusiast but I do enjoy a cup of coffee by spells and especially when I'm running errands around different parts of the city. This is the perfect drive-through when you have three little ones in the car that are sick... First of all customer service does not seem to be a forte here in North Carolina but the girl that took my order was very helpful and patient while being a first timer looking at the menu and even gave recommendations . I ended up with 2 bagel sandwiches with cream cheese /ham / bacon etc , blueberry muffin which was soft and warm nothing like the Starbucks. 1 mango smoothie and 2 raspberry smoothies . My order was also quick and I don't remember the cost but it was less than $45 . read more

For two people working and the drive thru wrapped around and customers inside they did a fantastic job getting these orders out!! One working the register then slapping gloves on the help with food items! The other server pouring espresso shots left and right drinks are flying honestly kuddos to them!! I got two lattes one was winter wonderland and a butter bear, once it was time for the server to make my order after finishing up realized they made the wrong drink and I told them no worries I'll take it because they're was no way I wanted them to remake a drink after going through such a rush. First time ever visiting/trying. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and a sausage egg cheese bagel sandwich. Latte was 7/10, was decent but I've definitely had better. but the sandwich was a solid 0 stars. The bagel was so hard to bite into and there was NO flavor whatsoever. This was my first time coming here after seeing advertisements on Facebook everyday about it . I went on a Tuesday morning where all food items is 50% off. I got the Turkey bragel and it was hot and good. The portion size was nice and the flavor was good on the plain bagel. I am updating my review and decreasing my rating. I come to this location on 6 Forks Rd. about three times a week. I am a VERY frequent customer. All of the staff are so pleasant except for one of them- this is why I am lowering my review. I tried to get the name of this employee and it was not provided to me. She is short with glasses and never says a word to me whenever I come through the drive-through. She is incredibly miserable acting and unpleasant. I don't think she should be customer service. she sticks out like a sores since all the other staff are so friendly. My only other complaint would be that the food and drinks are way overpriced. I was almost charged $12 for a medium drink and plain bagel until I spoke up about it. I really hope management sees this review and remove this unhappy employee. Thanks read more

I really liked my first time trying Biggby! My one caution - I ordered two smalls and they are 16 ounces! I was not expecting a small to be that big! On their website it seems they have a 10 oz size, so I would order that next time or share one 16oz. I ordered a mocha nut latte (chocolate and coconut) and it tasted just like a mounds bar which I love. My husband got mint mocha (chocolate and mint) which tastes just like a andes mint - which he loves haha. They have a huge menu, lots of different flavor combos. Pleasant coffee shop (with a drive thru) located in an unassuming building just off the highway. Kelly was the friendly and patient cashier who took my order. I like that it's open early on Sunday (I came just after 6 AM). I'll likely be back! Yummy!!! I did a white chocolate, caramel & granny apple iced latte. Wooooooo weeeeeee... it was delicious. I can actually taste the coffee as well as the other flavors. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Stephanie made my drink. Kudos to her. The drink was sooooooo good. (My daughter and I actually went twice today. SMH while lol.) Biggby has something for everyone! The drink menu is so extensive, anyone can find something they like even if you don't like coffee! There are so many options: coffees, teas, lemonades, iced coffees, frozen drinks, etc. I ordered a caramel and vanilla latte with oatmilk and it was delicious. They have a 24 oz which is what sold me. The coffee was extra hot and delicious. This will definitely be my new go to coffee shop. The owners are so nice and really care about what they do. This was my first time at this place as I was only in town for work. I thought on this Sunday morning that id just get a bagel and latte before making my travels back home. I had already scoped the menu before arriving so I knew exactly what I wanted: a bacon egg and cheese BRAGEL on an everything. My order was taken quickly even while being a bit busy. I thought to use restroom while I wait and there was no TP. So I went in men's room and same thing, no TP. Not only did both have No TP, but they weren't switching the TP out on the holders, there was just several empty rolls stacked in various places. Firstly, that's even more unsanitary than a public bathroom already is. Bc now the rolls sitting out and on backs of toilets. So I ask for TP and was told she'd get some when she could. I understood as she was taking orders. I sat and waited. My drink, a cookie butter latte with oatmilk, became ready. When it slowed I asked again for TP and she quickly went to get some which she tossed back on top of the toilet. After that I waited quite a bit for my sandwich. The lady said they had an "easy bake oven" for an oven which is why it was slow. This is where I knocked stars down. They had to make my sandwich FOUR TIMES. Yes FOUR! so first time they gave me Asiago bagel and I asked for everything (which the tag on it said my order correctly). Then the next was just an everything bagel plain. No meat and cheese. Then the next was meat and egg no cheese. Finally on the LAST time I got everything bagel with meat and cheese as I ordered. I was in the establishment about 40+ minutes between my food and my friends food which was bagel and drink. That was extremely frustrating. Took way too long and cut close to time to get the the airport ‍ by time I got my food, my drink was then cold but I was too over it and left. Walked into the store and off the bat it just seems okay, but something definitely seemed off. Unsure if it was the unwanted incense aroma by the front of the cashier or patch up Dunkin Donut feel of the store. In either case my low rating of the place comes from the following 4 items. Mango blood orange cream freeze was anything but cream but more crunchy ice with flavor. Doughnut holes seem store bought from another store. Regular Coffee tasted burnt. And the asiago bagel, with sausage, egg, and cheese and cream cheese tasted really good.... On the side that was hot, then center and end side were still cold.... I think Biggby is a solid coffee drive-thru addition to six forks road. Let's face it, no one want to cross the 4-6 lanes of super bust Six Fork Road to grab coffee if you are driving on the other side. If I'm on this side of Six Forks I'd totally drive-thru Biggby, but if I'm on the other side I'd stop at the Dunkin Donuts. I do like that Biggby does so many specials. If you check out their website you can really get a great deal since the specials aren't exactly advertised when ordering. On Wednesdays it's buy one get one free on drinks which is pretty awesome. They have a great variety of flavors as well if you are into the sweeter coffee drinks. Next time I go, I'd definitely tell them to make my coffee less sweet, the standard was a little too much. The coffee was tasty though! I grabbed a bagel and a muffin as well. The bagel was standard, I wouldn't seek it out, but if you are hungry then I say why not. Muffin was solid! Another benefit to this spot is the drive-thru line never seems to be long. So this is a great spot to get in and out of quickly if you are stopping on your way to work etc. read more

I checked this new place out close to my house, and it was just okay. I got a latte and a bacon, egg and cheese bagel, both were acceptable but not particularly craveable. The bacon on the bagel was microwaved, and the bagel wasn't particularly soft or fresh. I took the drive-thru, but the inside looked like a good place to read or do a little work. I have fallen in love with the coffee shop. I get the buttercup latte and it is always good! Never too hot, temperature is just right. I pay about $6 for a 20 Oz and they have daily deals like BOGO and a rewards program. BIGGBY is my go to spot for coffee now, the menu is not overwhelming like Starbucks and more to choose from in comparison to Bread Co. The rewards program is not as rewarding as Bread Co, but for hot coffee this is my favorite. I did try an ice coffee in the beginning and it had too many ice pieces in it. I will Continue to support Biggby and can't wait for more to open around the Triangle. read more

Such a great new coffee spot to the area. The staff was amazing and helpful when ordering, and their menu is huge and has great options for coffee and non coffee lover, and they have a secret menu too with awesome options. They have private booths great for working and a conference room. Tried the Sweet Cream Cold Brew and it was one of the best I have had. The Strawberry Shortcake smoothie was amazing also. Loved the Turkey Havarti on cheddar jalapeño bagels , and liked how it was toasted perfectly. Love my bagels toasted crispy and they got it perfect. Tried Biggby Coffee today at their location on Six Forks that just opened up. So, honestly, the best thing about my experience was the tuxedo muffin. That was delicious! I would come back for those again. The Golden Chai that I ordered was super sweet and they didn't ask if I wanted a different dairy alternative or if I wanted it less sweet. Not sure if that is even an option. The sandwiches were warmed up in the microwave and the bread turned hard. Honestly....it is comparable to Dunkin Donuts. It is a franchise so that may be the reason. It just wasn't what I was expecting. But, as always, give them a try to see for yourself! read more

Tried today. Pretty good. I'll be back! I sat in one of two nooks with a sofa, a bar top shelf, and a power outlet with two USB ports. It's a nice quaint space. The nook initially appears to be good for using a laptop or dining. I would describe the bar top shelf in the nook to be counter height. A bar chair or even a table chair would be too high when sitting, and the sofa is too low when sitting. The height of the bar top shelf seems more suited for standing for a very brief visit. I found it extremely awkward to sit there. Overall, great experience. Friendly staff. A good option for coffee and a small bite. read more

The customer service was amazing, the coffee was presentable and served a bit slow (but this is a new business and they are still learning, so this is expected), the menu has a large selection to choose from. I think the only downfall is that the drinks are extremely sweet, so if you have a sweet tooth this place is most certainly for you! I go to Bigby way more than I should but the food and drinks are great and the employees are always super nice. Great drink choices for adults and kids. Drive thru may be a little long sometimes because it's so popular but it's definitely faster than majority of the drive-thru's in the area. read more

Went in around 3pm Sunday. Was disappointed they have no whole milk just 2% & skim. Weird. Tasted blah, didn't have any foam like Dunkin or Jubala but the nice barista added some. The worker who is African American with long hair was very very nice. The manager Bree left something to be desired. The place was empty but two times she told me and my husband to move away from the counter to the other side while he was getting something. Kinda gives you a herding sheep mentality. Weirdly rude when I didn't know wtf white lightning was. I asked what flavors are in a drink and she said white lightning.
