For two people working and the drive thru wrapped around and customers inside they did a fantastic job getting these orders out!! One working the register then slapping gloves on the help with food items! The other server pouring espresso shots left and right drinks are flying honestly kuddos to them!! I got two lattes one was winter wonderland and a butter bear, once it was time for the server to make my order after finishing up realized they made the wrong drink and I told them no worries I'll take it because they're was no way I wanted them to remake a drink after going through such a rush. They thanked and I proceeded on the drinks were delicious and so was the service!!

This was my first time coming here after seeing advertisements on Facebook everyday about it . I went on a Tuesday morning where all food items is 50% off. I got the Turkey bragel and it was hot and good. The portion size was nice and the flavor was good on the plain bagel. I will have to try this place again and try the drinks because they look good as well.

I am updating my review and decreasing my rating. I come to this location on 6 Forks Rd. about three times a week. I am a VERY frequent customer. All of the staff are so pleasant except for one of them- this is why I am lowering my review. I tried to get the name of this employee and it was not provided to me. She is short with glasses and never says a word to me whenever I come through the drive-through. She is incredibly miserable acting and unpleasant. I don't think she should be customer service. she sticks out like a sores since all the other staff are so friendly. My only other complaint would be that the food and drinks are way overpriced. I was almost charged $12 for a medium drink and plain bagel until I spoke up about it. I really hope management sees this review and remove this unhappy employee. Thanks

I really liked my first time trying Biggby! My one caution - I ordered two smalls and they are 16 ounces! I was not expecting a small to be that big! On their website it seems they have a 10 oz size, so I would order that next time or share one 16oz. I ordered a mocha nut latte (chocolate and coconut) and it tasted just like a mounds bar which I love. My husband got mint mocha (chocolate and mint) which tastes just like a andes mint - which he loves haha. They have a huge menu, lots of different flavor combos. The staff was friendly, and helped me figure out what to order when I told her I was looking for chocolate and coconut.

Pleasant coffee shop (with a drive thru) located in an unassuming building just off the highway. Kelly was the friendly and patient cashier who took my order. I like that it's open early on Sunday (I came just after 6 AM). I'll likely be back! One caveat: the hot cup lids don't lock into the rim very well so be careful if you're adjusting your cup while holding onto the lid -- it quickly slips off!

Yummy!!! I did a white chocolate, caramel & granny apple iced latte. Wooooooo weeeeeee... it was delicious. I can actually taste the coffee as well as the other flavors. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Stephanie made my drink. Kudos to her. The drink was sooooooo good. (My daughter and I actually went twice today. SMH while lol.) They immediately remembered us & greeted us with a smile. I think this is my new coffee spot. The variety that they offer definitely keeps me coming back. I can't wait to try some of the foods like bagels, muffins and cookies.

Biggby has something for everyone! The drink menu is so extensive, anyone can find something they like even if you don't like coffee! There are so many options: coffees, teas, lemonades, iced coffees, frozen drinks, etc. I ordered a caramel and vanilla latte with oatmilk and it was delicious. They have a 24 oz which is what sold me. The coffee was extra hot and delicious. This will definitely be my new go to coffee shop. The owners are so nice and really care about what they do. I'm so happy to have found this place.

This was my first time at this place as I was only in town for work. I thought on this Sunday morning that id just get a bagel and latte before making my travels back home. I had already scoped the menu before arriving so I knew exactly what I wanted: a bacon egg and cheese BRAGEL on an everything. My order was taken quickly even while being a bit busy. I thought to use restroom while I wait and there was no TP. So I went in men's room and same thing, no TP. Not only did both have No TP, but they weren't switching the TP out on the holders, there was just several empty rolls stacked in various places. Firstly, that's even more unsanitary than a public bathroom already is. Bc now the rolls sitting out and on backs of toilets. So I ask for TP and was told she'd get some when she could. I understood as she was taking orders. I sat and waited. My drink, a cookie butter latte with oatmilk, became ready. When it slowed I asked again for TP and she quickly went to get some which she tossed back on top of the toilet. After that I waited quite a bit for my sandwich. The lady said they had an "easy bake oven" for an oven which is why it was slow. This is where I knocked stars down. They had to make my sandwich FOUR TIMES. Yes FOUR! so first time they gave me Asiago bagel and I asked for everything (which the tag on it said my order correctly). Then the next was just an everything bagel plain. No meat and cheese. Then the next was meat and egg no cheese. Finally on the LAST time I got everything bagel with meat and cheese as I ordered. I was in the establishment about 40+ minutes between my food and my friends food which was bagel and drink. That was extremely frustrating. Took way too long and cut close to time to get the the airport ‍ by time I got my food, my drink was then cold but I was too over it and left. I don't think I'll come back here when I'm in this area again.

Paddington Bear, a San Diegan service dog enjoying his pup cup
    Francis R.

As a first time visitor from sunny San Diego, the personalized art for Paddington Bear's drink stole my heart! Thank you Biggy Coffee for the wonderful drinks, and for making my service dog feel he is part of the NC family with his own drink (puppicinno); this point in particular is why I'm giving a raving review, as I've had been to other competitor's cafes who unfortunately would try to discriminate me and my service animal unless I provide "proof". Due to my previous experiences, I always bring my documents along with me as a precaution, but Biggy Coffee trusted me and my SD, and went above and beyond with their service In addition, the cafe has a beautiful, enclosed study space with a TV, perfect for a business meeting, conferences, or just to study if needing a quiet space I hope to come back, or hopefully, encourage Biggy Coffee to move to San Diego next!

Iris Coffee Lab is where you bring the friend who can tell you the origin of a bean after one sip,…read morewho gets excited about extraction methods and tasting notes, and who genuinely believes coffee deserves the same reverence as a fine bottle of wine. Iris isn't trying to be trendy: it is unapologetically devoted to the craft. The interior reflects that philosophy. A restrained palette of white, charcoal, and soft gray keeps distractions to a minimum, allowing every cup to remain the focal point. It's clean, modern, and intentionally understated. If you're someone who typically reaches for cream and sugar, I'd encourage you to order at least one cup black. Iris sources and roasts exceptional coffee, and tasting it without distractions is the best way to appreciate the nuance and balance that have earned the café such a devoted following. That said, the seasonal menu is every bit as thoughtful. On this visit, I ordered the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha Latte, a drink layered with tropical sweetness, creamy matcha, and just enough complexity to keep each sip interesting. The final few sips, where all of the flavors settled together, were unexpectedly my favorite part. My brother-in-law chose Iris's signature blueberry-forward latte, while my niece ordered the house-made chai. Before she'd even finished half the cup, she looked up and declared, "This is the best chai I've ever had." Her father, after trying it himself, agreed without hesitation. The breakfast menu compliments the beverage program well, offering thoughtfully prepared dishes that feel every bit as intentional as the drinks. Like many destination coffee shops, Iris tends to attract people who settle in for a while. Laptops are open across nearly every table, conversations are minimal, and the room has the focused energy of a shared studio rather than a bustling café. Because of the open design, voices travel easily, making it a better place for quiet work than lively catch-ups. The café is meticulously maintained, including spotless restrooms that reflect the same attention to detail found throughout the space. Parking can require a bit of patience, though I've almost always managed to find a spot without too much trouble. Iris Coffee Lab isn't trying to appeal to everyone, and that's exactly what makes it special. It's a café for people who care about coffee, how it's sourced, brewed, and experienced. In a city with no shortage of coffee shops, Iris has carved out a distinct identity by putting craftsmanship ahead of trends, creating a destination that's as much about curiosity as it is about caffeine.

I ordered the summer crumble latte (espresso, milk of choice, blueberry, house made oat crumble distillation, subtle lemon coconut infusion, oat tincture, lemon rind garnish) which was excellent and tasted like a bowl of cereal milk. I noticed several people ordering matcha which also may be excellent and something I'll have to try next time. A Truly Artisanal Bakery…read more I rarely leave reviews on yelp anymore, but this bakery is so impressive, it inspired me to type this down. I'm from the Bay Area and loved going to all kinds of bakery when I travel. I did not have much expectations when I came to Raleigh. I tried Paul and Jack and couple other bakeries, they were all good, but not impressive. The first thing I noticed was their Mill Room, and second I noticed that they have 100 score on hygiene. Not that I care about the score that much but still impressive. Then We got a bunch of pastries, the shortbread was the first one we tried and wow, it was so simple yet so flavorful, truly malted tasting shortbread, it has so much depth in taste. Then I had a had a ham and cheese croissant, it was on the salty side but I kept eating it when I'm not even hungry. The true winner though, is the plain croissant I got which traveled with me for 72 hours back home. I got it out of my bag, slightly flattened by all my stuff, I expect it to taste flat and meh. I put it in the oven for 6 minutes and it turned out to be the best croissant I've had. It was flaky, soft and soo flavorful. Now I cannot stop thinking about it. Lastly, I want to say that with so many pop ups, new bakeries coming up in different cities, often times we were chasing that unique flavors, that special toppings on croissants, but Boulted Bread stayed true to bread, and perfected the craft without focusing on "exotic" or "special" flavors. I truly respect this.

Originating in Białystok, Poland, these rolls are traditionally served plain or toasted with toppings like butter or schmear. 2. Rye shortbread. Not too sweet. Just perfection! 3. Bran biscotti. I like the idea of a high-fiber bran biscotti over a refined flour one. 4. Buchi Tepache. I got the mango-pineapple flavor. This is a local NC brand. It's a mildly fermented drink that originated in Mexico.
