    Thick-Cut Onion Rings

Great burger spot that we had to try on our trip to OKC. It's right off the highway and if you're not paying attention you'll miss it. While I didn't go inside, it reminded me of a drive in type restaurant. There's a drive thru and a menu but, you order and pay at the window then they ask you to park. They bring your food out and boy oh boy it's hot and fresh!! We got a single with cheese, chicken tenders (subpar but it is a burger spot), onion rings, The Taser, and a double with double cheese. The food was excellent and the photos don't do it justice (phone did not eat first). Would recommend this local burger spot.

During my latest cross country adventure, I happed upon Patty Wagon which is in OK City OK. Grass fed beef which I'm all in favor of. Freaking delicious. One of the best burgers I've ever had and that's no joke. Total flavor town. Service was good with very nice people. Atmosphere is what you would expect at a local burger joint. A little loud but who cares. If you see the signs don't pass this place by.

I came here after seeing so many videos of others rating it #1 as they searched for the best burger in OKC. After tasting, I'd agree! The restaurant itself has a steady flow of patrons, and the inside of the building is reminiscent of a Whataburger, except with way better food. This burger is PHENOMENAL. The buns are so delicious and different (maybe potato buns), the beef is tasty, and the veggies/cheese are always fresh. They also have yummy desserts from a local entrepreneur - I recommend the cookies & cream "pie." 10/10 burger!

This place is amazing. It has an old drive-in feel. They have a decent sized private parking lot that is shaped like a drive in. They also have a drive through and an adequate sized dining area. The restaurant specializes in burgers. They have an assortment of signature burgers to choose from. you can get tots or fries to go with your burger. The ffries are hand-cut and looked amazing. I saw them after I had ordered tots. They also have sandwiches and chicken tenders on the menu. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. They gave off a family type vibe. They do not have table service, you have to place your order at the counter and then they wwill call your name and bring it out to you when you it is ready. I ordered a Jailhouse Blues Burger with my tots. It took about 15 minutes for my food to be brought out and it was so delicious. One of the better ones that I have ever had. It was packed with flavor and was so tatsy. It also had some size to it. I was not asking wheres the beef with this burger. This place lives up to all of its hype. They have some delicious burgers and firts class service. I am glad that I made it here and highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a mouth watering burger. You will not be disappointed.

Very impressed with the workers. Friendly nice looking girls working hard. Saw constant cleaning, very organized. You order at front. Menu on a very confusing chauk board or a copy on counter. Ordered Red Dirt and Jailhouse blues. Both good. Fries are really good! Not a fancy place but super clean.

When it comes to burgers, I rarely give a restaurant a 5 stars. Most of the time, I find the burgers to be "too overbearing" whether it's too unbalanced, too fatty, too meaty, or having no vegetables. Patty Wagon is one of the few burger places that I feel has the most balanced burgers. I am especially referring to their Red Dirt Burger. Juicy patty, cheddar cheese, bacon, grilled onions, lettuce, and BBQ sauce are sandwiched between brioche buns. It may sound like a lot but the combination just works to create one delicious treat. Excellent burgers combined with a fast and friendly service make Patty Wagon the burger shop to beat. To me, it has no competition. It is my highest recommended place to grab a hamburger in Oklahoma, and I don't care how old the building is.

Greated as I walked in. Checked over menu online before arriving. Settled on red dirt burger. Smiles behind the counter with the staff.! Wowed by the service right off the start! My hunger ways got ahold of my decision making and I looked at the menu board and mumbled something that made sense to the server...Bacon BBQ sauce burger with a small side of fries...coming right up sir. The service was top notch. The flavors of the burger ...life changing. The fries were piping hot ... . This place knows how to get someone's hunger taken care of. I came in hungry, I left fatter and happier. Thank you Patty Wagon for satisfying my stomach! I will return. The girls loved their food and the coloring sheets getting hung up! Smelled good in the place. Cozy seating. Bathroom was clean! My coworker got the green chili Gouda burger special. He lived in New Mexico for a time and loved the burger. When you think of a good burger without all the extra mess this is where you want to go. My husband got their taser and really liked it. I liked my regular burger but it was heavier and greasier than I would've preferred, but honestly it's kinda the vibe of the place. My husband says it's the best burger in OKC so we'll be back!

One of the best burgers I've ever had! Patty Wagon has it DOWN! We were in town just three full days and, after finding this incredible hidden gem here on Yelp, opted to try it! We ate here two of the days and it was hands down the favorite! I love that they serve local, grass fed meat and have so many options on their menu. Turkey, chicken, beef, lettuce-wraps, different side options, etc.- so good!

Anyone know where they get their buns from, I heard it was sweet sourdough? Is it a local bakery?

It is a local bakery, but I do not know which one.

I read about them on wikipedia... and apparently Oklahoma was the first one to create them. they were made during the great depression, were the owner would mash onion with the beef patty to stretch out the meat.... and back then, burgers were 5 cents. Fast forward to almost 100 years later, my burger was about 11 bucks. Don't get me wrong, the burger was decently sized, but it was just alright. I mean, if i wanted to get an onion burger i could simply go to in n out and get a burger with grilled onions and raw onion as well. so, while the burgers were good, it didn't wow me and maybe it was too hyped up and it didn't live to its hype, is the reason i only gave it 3 stars. The fries on the other hand were great. The parking lot right in front is really small, but there are plenty of seats inside and outside.

We also opted for a nearby restaurant or food trucks. Until we finally walked in and gave it a shot. Now I'm a little upset we took so long to do it! I got the Park Power Bowl - quinoa, sweet potatoes, avocado hummus, roasted chickpeas, candied jalapeños, almonds, and a little more. The candied jalapeños were the best part, but the whole bowl was amazing! And it was huge! I only at half and took the rest home. The kids got an uncrustable and the chicken bites and shared some fries - pretty standard, exactly what you expect. But my husband got a burger. For the life of me can't remember which one now, but he was so surprised with how good it was that he ordered a second to take home with us. I surprised the kids with a seasonal Lemon Pound Cake shake to share for dessert. I'm not a huge fan of milkshakes, but it was tempting to get a second just so I didn't have to share this with the kids! I don't know if it was the Lemon Pound Cake in there or if they secretly added some crack, but our straw was slurping the very bottom just from the time it left the counter and made it outside to the sidewalk walk. I will forever try any new food trucks that come around, but on days they aren't at scissor tail but I am, Spark will have my business now.

A New #1 Burger in OKC!…read more Our Burger Passport adventure brought us to Spark at Scissortail Park, and I think I may have found my new favorite burger in Oklahoma City! This was our first visit, and from the moment we took our first bite, I couldn't stop telling my wife how incredible these burgers were. I ordered the BLC Burger topped with pimento cheese, bacon, a crispy cheddar crust, pickles, and Prairie Ranch. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the crispy cheddar crust took it over the top. Outstanding! My wife, Lori, ordered the Spark Burger, swapping the American cheese for cheddar. She absolutely loved it, especially the fresh dill pickles that added the perfect crunch and flavor. The crinkle-cut fries deserve a shout-out, too. They were cooked just the way I like them--nice and crispy. I ordered the signature Pink Sauce on the side, and the garlic aioli was excellent. Before we left, I asked to speak with a manager--not because there was a problem, but because I wanted to compliment the team. Marisol was genuinely excited to hear how much we enjoyed our meal. She also told us about their limited-time Chicken Salad Sandwich, available through the end of the summer, and after this experience, I think we'll definitely be back to give it a try. Spark checks every box for me: outstanding burgers, perfectly cooked fries, a fun atmosphere, and a friendly, welcoming staff.
