We ordered (2) Sweet Teas (2) Classic Cheese Burgers add bacon (12) Garlic Parmesan wings (1) Chili Cheese Dog (1) Bacon Cheddar Fries (1) Regular Fries (1) Seasoned Fries Total was around $55 I sent my daughter to pick up the food, failed to tell her I ordered drinks. She did not have to wait long for the food, staff was nice and friendly. When she returned home, I realized she did not get the drinks. I called the restaurant and spoke with Lily, who is just as sweet as can be, she apologized for the oversight. We sat down to eat; and noticed our cheeseburgers did not have bacon on them, I called and spoke with Lily, requested a credit for the cost of bacon she apologized for the mistake, and made it right. Overall the food was good, the only thing I was not a fan of was the cheddar & bacon fries, not much cheese on the fries, the cheddar sauce has a weird after taste. Who knows it could be me.. My wife and I are looking for a burger joint that serves a great old-fashioned burger. We'll keep looking. We had seen good reviews and ads that prompted us to give Hynson's a try hot July evening. It's in a strip center and has a franchise feel to it. Probably more of a lunch spot. Order at the counter and they run food out to you when not busy. The fries were the best part of our meal. We have never had so much mustard on a burger. They heaped the mustard on both sides of the bun. There was so much mustard that the pickles, lettuce and onions slid out onto the basket (and a bit on my shorts) on the first bite. My wife took napkins and removed as much as she could from hers. I wish I would have. All I tasted was the mustard so can't comment on the burger although the patties appeared to be hand formed and fresh not frozen. When asked how our meal was, we commented on the mustard. Kudos to the cook who got word and came out to apologize, suggesting we ask for light mustard next time. We've been looking for an amazing burger place and we're still looking. My husband had a classic and said it was really good. I have the chicken burger and we both have fries. I will say the burgers were good. The fries were OK. The service was really good. Welcome to when you entered and said thank you when you were leaving. Made you feel like you were noticed and appreciative for eating there. We did order two shakes to try them and Oreo and Reesie's, I didn't try mine until in the car and it tasted like a milk was spoiled so I didn't finish mine. Came here for lunch and had their lunch special which was their classic cheeseburger, fries and a drink for less than 10$. Got my onion grilled and the burger was soft on the bun and grilled wonderfully. It's a good class burger nothing too special or fancy but hits the spot. Fries were crisped and hot. Not very good. The food is hit or miss and service is always terrible. I've given this place so many chances only because I hate fast food burgers and will not be doing that anymore. I pulled a literal metal STAPLE out of my mouth on one occasion and then got awful food poisoning on another occasion. The chili is insanely oily and if you ask for a bacon cheese burger with only meat and cheese they won't include the bacon. Last I checked bacon is a meat... They were so respectful and friendly, and brought our orders out and came to check on us a couple times, also. Definitely have a lot of respect for that teamwork!! As for the place, when I walked in I definitely wondered why we came here cause it looks like your typical fast food joint, but I was happily surprised by the food. We honestly had never noticed it before, but it's nearby and ended up being quite delicious, so we will definitely be back! The cashier was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Food was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The restaurant was small and busy when we visited, but very clean. My daughter wasn't a huge fan of the kids' chicken strips - I thought they were great, but they did taste a little bit like they had been in a pickle juice marinade, and she's not a pickle fan at all.
