Everyone from Dr. Lee to all of the staff are very friendly, make the kids feel at ease, and for me the best part, I never felt like they are trying to just push me into doing something to make a buck. Frankly 2 of mine had to wait before they'd start. 1 waited a year more after 1st consultation, the other waited almost a year and a half. They wanted to make sure their teeth were "ready" so that they could be in braces for the shortest feasible time. It was so refreshing vs getting people telling me to start NOW sign NOW. My third just started last week and he has a lot of anxiety but they were so caring and understanding. He's also clinically adhd. They made him feel safe and at home vs a bothersome child. Dr Lee and all the staff are really a cut above. I can't say enough good things about them. PS. I make a 28 mile drive roundtrip to go to their office and it's worth the traffic. She was always on top of things and made sure patients were happy and taken care of. Unfortunately, everything changed after she left. The front office staff is extremely rude, and the office feels very money hungry now. I stopped seeing all the doctors there except Dr. Kim (orthodontist) because my braces were already fully paid off and I only needed follow-up care. Dr. Kim is an awesome doctor and a genuinely kind person, but the front office staff and current office manager are very unprofessional. They start talking about costs and payments before even discussing a proper treatment plan. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache -- go somewhere else.
