Came here years ago, and got my braces here. My teeth were not "straight" as they should be and noticed that the staff wanted to remove my braces when my teeth still needed time. To this day, I'm still very upset that they shaved my teeth down without my permission... on top of that, they made my two front bottom teeth uneven & shaved my canines down, again, WITHOUT ASKING ME. I had to ask my dentist to even them out since Gire Ortho f'd them up! And I loved how sharp my canines were and the fact they rounded them makes me soooo mad to this day. I haven't had the best experience with orthodontists in the past, and I'm always skeptical about going to a doctor or dentist when I don't have a personal reference. My youngest daughter needed to start ortho treatment, but I wasn't sure where to take her. Another ortho office in the area was treating her older sister, and we were having the worst experience. Her case was complex, and I disagreed with the radical treatment plan (with no alternatives) they were suggesting. I knew I needed to find another ortho office quickly. I start researching and came across Dr. Gire's office. He had some excellent reviews, so I took a chance and scheduled my daughter's appointment. It has been the best experience, and I'm so thankful I decided to try this office out. The staff is incredible, particularly Bri and Jessica who work the front desk, as I mainly deal with them. They are accommodating, efficient, and always so sweet to talk to. The office itself is immaculate, presentable, and in an accessible location. Dr. Gire has been terrific in dealing with. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He cares and has your child's best interest at heart. We ended up starting ortho treatment that same day and eventually I pulled my other daughter from the ortho office she was going to and started treatment with Dr. Gire.
