Both my kids have braces and are getting their treatment at Dr. Tanna in Eastvale. Dr. Tanna is a great orthodontist who really cares (and also has great referrals). My son had an incident with a ball where his bracket got stuck in the inside of his lip and i called him off hours and he helped me through the entire ordeal even offering to come by to help. The staff is just as wonderful, kind and personable. Lety and Christy in the front are also absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this office and doctor. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Tana Orthodontics has been absolutely horrible. From day one, the staff was rude and dismissive, especially the woman in charge. She is extremely disrespectful, has no manners, and talks to patients like she's doing them a favor. There is no professionalism, no courtesy, and no genuine care for the patients. All they care about is money. A friend of mine who goes there had brackets on their braces break multiple times, and instead of addressing it professionally, the office threatened to start charging them extra and gave them attitude, as if it was their fault. That's how they operate -- blame the patient, threaten fees, and act like they're doing you a favor by even seeing you. Their in-house financing is also a complete joke. They make it sound like they're helping you by offering flexible payments, but in reality, they want their money no matter what--even if you're behind on treatment and they've done no recent work on your teeth. I've decided to have another orthodontist take over my treatment, and yet they still expect full payment. This office is unprofessional, disrespectful, and entirely money-driven. They don't care about their patients at all. Save yourself the stress and find an orthodontist who actually takes pride in their work and treats people with basic decency. Reply to the Orthodontist and warning to all: I would never go back to your unprofessional office again. Not only do you run an absolutely horrible and money-driven practice, but your staff also violated HIPAA by discussing my private treatment information with my boyfriend without my consent. That is a serious breach of patient confidentiality. I plan to report your office to the Better Business Bureau and the California Board of Dentistry. Patients deserve respect, professionalism, and privacy--none of which your office provides. read more

I start going to Dr. Tanna back in 2017. He really evaluate the best strategies to give you the best smile. He definitely won't rush the process, until you are ready for the next steps. I was originally projected 3 years for the process. I believe I was done with my perfect smile after 4 years? I ended up starting out doing a bottom row of metal braces and then switched over to Invisalign later. It was annoying at first because I was over the mental braces, but you want to make sure it looks great. Dr. Tanna wasn't confident in the progression at the projected timeframes, so he pushed it back. Just be patient. It will be amazing in the end. He will be your orthodontist for life! Whatever you need, even if you are done paying your treatment off, he still has his door open for you to come back for support, if needed. I took my son for an ortho consult at the new Eastvale location. I must say I was impressed by the clean facility, the greeting from the reception, and the time with which we were seen (almost immediately). I also appreciated the use of technology such as filling out the paperwork electronically at home, digital X-rays and immediate printouts. Dr. Tanna was very thorough in his examination and took a decent amount of time to explain his diagnosis and treatment plan. His staff was friendly. My healthy teeth weren't that bad/crooked but are much worse after treatment. Went and fully paid over $5,000 in advance for braces due to some jaw surgery being planned. Didn't get the surgery but decided to go ahead with braces. He had a new girl prob 18 fresh from a weekend seminar put on brackets...got lucky later with more experienced person with wire changes but end results not good and years after even worse...was better off leaving my teeth alone read more

It took me a while to pick up the orthodontist for my 14 year old and I am glad it did, Dr. Tanna is knowledgeable and makes sure things are done correctly by his staff which by the way are very friendly. My daughter was in pain at the beginning of the process, but we got the call twice from the office making sure she is improving and comfortable, they are patient and with her every step of the way.
