At no point were we told a credit card would be opened. At no point did we agree to this. This is not a misunderstanding this is completely unacceptable and deeply concerning. This behavior destroys trust and raises serious questions about how this business handles customers' financial information. Monitor your credit, monitor your bank accounts, and think very carefully before giving this company any personal or financial data.
