I have been going to this studio for a year. Greg, the owner is nice. They recently remodeled and the new look is great. My favorite instructor is Jesse, I wish he taught the 430pm class everyday. He's very motivating and I love his positive energy. I leave his class energized, less stressed and feeling better about myself. However, three stars because some of the instructors are arrogant and abrasive when interacting with students. If it wasn't for Jesse, I would take my business else where. read more

BYRC has my full support and I'd recommend it to anyone in the area who hasn't tried it. *They have showers for after class and provide lockers for personal belongings. *This is one of the cleanest studios I've been to. The carpet doesn't smell- a plus!! The temp and humidity is regulated consistently throughout the class. *The staff is absolutely amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. They continue to push you throughout the class. *For those new to Bikram, hydrate hydrate hydrate!! 90 min of 105 F degrees with 30% humidity is no joke. Yay for Bikram!!! I bought a deal on Groupon from them and must say that from the second I called, I have had nothing but great experiences. Staff is helpful and the place is always tidy. It is a little tough to find, so try to be there early. I always try to be inside the building 15 minutes prior to class starting because... A.) I need time to unwind after my day, so my mind is completely involved in my yoga and B.) The person who checks you in, is also your instructor. If you arrive late, DOORS ARE LOCKED and you will not be able to take your class. Better safe than sorry! read more

I recently moved to the area and was trying to decide which Bikram studio to commit to. I tried a two week trial at a close location before trying this one. First, the studio is up to par and the flooring installed is a nice touch. I was pleased with the temperature as some studios can skimp on keeping the studio at authentic Bikram temperature. It was more humid than normal but that was confirmed by the owner and I'm sure it will be fine next time. My instructor was very sweet. I appreciate all teaching styles and understand I can learn something from everyone. She was very vocal through each pose and gave little details each time we adjusted to a final position. When asked for instruction she did give me am example which I appreciated. I also met the owner Greg and spoke to him on the phone. He also participated in the class which I thought was really cool because it shows he is invested in his business and genuinely believes in the practice. The final little detail that sealed the deal for me was sitting around after class and talking to some of the regulars. They were all very friendly and seemed to all know each other. I also had several people introduce themselves to me as well. I love the sense of community. Ultimately I have chosen this studio because it felt right. Kind of like when you are choosing a puppy, you go with the one that feels right :) This place feels like home. read more

BYRC is a great place for Bikram newbies. I took my first class on Monday and have already been back twice within 4 days. The teachers are pleasant and friendly. The studio is clean, comfortable and equipped with shower facilities. The 90 minute workout is intense. Your body will have to adjust to the heat. It is a great way to get rid of the toxins in your body. I recommend taking in your last meal at least 4 hours before class. The day after, you will feel amazing! I really enjoy coming to bikram yoga here. Usually only do Greg or Vanessa's classes because of the way my schedule is but they are amazing! The cleanliness of this facility is a nice change from other studios. Overall amazing workout that is very rewarding in the end. And better to do it with awesome people running the studio! read more

I was so excited to find a studio closer to my home. I recommend trying different classes and teachers to see whose teaching resonates with you. I am glad I continued to give it a shot, even after my first few classes with a teacher whose cues were not making sense for my body and injuries, and whose attitude/remarks were not aligning with my understanding of yoga. I really enjoy Sharon, Monica and Chae's classes. I find that they help me to push myself a little more each time, while still keeping my body safe. I appreciate the shower facilities and changing room, this makes it more convenient for me to come before work. I truly wish the morning classes were back everyday of the week, including the early weekend classes. read more

This was just what I needed. Friendly personnel, the class was inviting. The instructor had patience she explain in great detail on position. It was also very clean with soft carpet. At the end of my stay the instructor gave us enough time to relax offering a lavender cold towel. I would definitely go again. read more

Just took a class with my friend Mica teaching. She's a new teacher but she's been practicing here for 3 years and I have been for 2 1/2 years. She was outstanding! She's so encouraging, knowledgeable, and friendly. I love coming here because it's like a mini United Nations. There are so many different races, cultures, and politics, and none is ever spoken about. We are all one people we when are here... one mind, body, and spirit. I really enjoyed my class here. I signed up for the $20 week. The front desk employee was very kind and welcoming. The studio itself is very clean. I don't remember the instructor's name but I truly enjoyed her class. She managed to give everyone individual attention / helped teach modifications for people who needed them. I want to start off by saying I Loved bikram when both my friend and I did a 2 week classes with them. We liked it so much we decided to do a 3 month sign up with them. Unfortunately, this is right when covid hit. I only got to go a couple times & they had closed. I had emailed them to get my refund because why pay for something I can't go to....didn't hear back from them. I emailed them a SECOND time when I noticed they were still taking out of my account. $89 a month to be exact. Come to find out they are STILL CHARGING ME to this day. $89 a month since MARCH! A lot of money to be taking out when I'm not even using their facility. I even called and left a number of messages. Very VERY unhappy and because of this situation I will not be coming back. read more

Loooooove it! I got a groupon and REALLY love this studio. Everyone is so friendly and sweet and each class is really different and never TOO packed. I've never done hot yoga in the past so I was super nervous but every instructor has been super fun and energetic and made each class fun. The studio is perfectly fine in my opinion, clean and has working toilets and showers so Im not complaining, haha. Make sure to drink up before and after class and don't forget a towel! At the end, they give you a nice cold face towel with, I think, tea tree oil infused in them. Pilates is also super challenging and is in a somewhat hot room (not as hot as bikram) and sooooo fun! Jesse is hilarious and keeps the class motivated and going even when everyone is moaning and groaning from that good burn, haha. Super glad I got a Groupon and would rec anyone try out this studio and any of their classes! read more

I've always been intimidated by this style of yoga but the folks at this studio are super nice and make the classes fun! I even broke my water bottle one morning (water everywhere!) and was completely embarrassed. Instead of being annoyed (which would have been super acceptable), the front desk gave me a complimentary towel to replace my wet one and told me to not worry with a smile on their face. Definitely recommend this place if anyone is a bit worried about starting Bikram (or any of their other classes). They got you! read more

This is a carpeted studio so you can smell every drop of sweat that's ever fallen here. The instructor didn't demonstrate any poses and barked orders the entire time very loudly. This was not a relaxing experience at all. I left early and didn't finish the groupon because of how bad it was. The restrooms are filthy and the showers are full of scum. read more

Besides the 90 minute window of opportunity to strengthen my choice to be in the moment or reconnected to my own consciousness. I was involved in a car accident years ago, my back was never the same. Over time, the pain became uncontrollable and sometime intolerable. With the heat and yoga combination, within few classes my back pain is releaved for months. I loved this studio and intimate experience. The instructor was really good, too. She was so attentive and helped to point out things in order for me to get deeper into the poses. It was my first time here with my bestie, who is a regular, and I felt so amazing afterwards. If I didn't live so far, I would become a member. The only drawback is that like most hot yoga studios, the smell isn't so so great, but you get used to it once you start majorly sweating out all your toxins. I'd give this place a try :) read more

Super friendly front staff, however, not what you expect from a yoga studio, let alone a hot yoga studio. Studio floor is carpeting .... GROSS!!! It gets sprayed after class but there's absolutely no way it's properly cleaned between classes and can't imagine bacteria isn't loving that hot, wet, breeding ground they've created for it. Took Jessie's class and someone needs to remind him that yoga is a personal practice and everyone knows what they're comfortable with or not. Got yelled at for wanting to stay on my mat and off that disgusting carpet because "the whole class does it" not to mention it's not safe with certain poses since it's slippery unlike the yoga mat and towel everyone brings to class to serve that specific purpose. He talks and talks and talks. Missed his calling as a dance instructor ... yoga is a practice you transition from pose to pose not go with the beat of his clapping and counting. How could I even relax in class if he NEVER SHUTS UP (I'd rather practice yoga with someone scratching their nails against a chalkboard for 90 minutes) read more

I give them no stars, but since I have to give one I will. As I walked in to ask questions at around 11:30 on 10/25, I got the feeling I was bothering them. A Caucasian female with multiple tattoos and an African American lady who followed along with the attitude. I asked to observe a class and I got a snotty reply back about how people just can't watch other people or observe other people's kids or some weird thing like that. And the fact that I was asking irritated the tattoo lady like that was a weird request. I had just sat in on another class at another yoga studio to see if I liked it, not unreasonable! They suggested I walk into the room . As I walked back to the yoga room they started laughing at me. Then I asked if a class was on you tube I could see and she said just look it up, she quickly said it's 21 or 27 poses repeated and breathing. I was hurt and disappointed with the arrogance displayed at this studio just walking in there. (Before class as the advertisement said to do) It's yoga for Gods sake, it isn't some sacred exclusive temple. Sheesh, have some compassion, we are all just human. read more

I've had classes with Greg, Vanessa, Alex, Sarah, and Monica, and every day, with the designated instructor's help and guidance, I learn something new. My Husband and I had quit our workouts due to injures. We decided to try hot yoga after reading about the over all benefits of the practice. We are very pleased with this studio. Very clean place and friendly, professional staff. I've gone several times and feel like this was a great decision. My over all mental and physical state has improved. Although the classes are extremely challenging I have seen improvement in my flexibility. Getting use to the heat has been a challenge but I am starting to relax and embrace it. Hydrating and taking mineral supplements and cocoanut water has made it a little easier to get thru. read more

I've had a truly wonderful experience here! The studio is nicely equipped with showers and ice buckets for your water. The mats and towels to rent a very reasonably priced (2$!) and the teachers rock! I was lucky enough to take Greg W's class and it was intensely satisfying. I also took class from Monica and her dialogue was spot on and she has a way of making class fun! The hot room is a nice size with lines to help place your mat. The temperature was perfect, not too hot or too cold! They have found the happy medium. I highly recommend visiting this studio. As a nice touch after class, the peppermint infused towels they hand out is a great way to help your relax with your final savasana. Give this place a shot and change your life! read more

Love this place! Yoga room is clean and temperatures remain consistent. Instructors are knowledgeable and experienced. My tip for beginners is drink LOTS of water starting a couple of days before, don't eat 3-4 before class, and whatever you do, TRY NOT LEAVE THE ROOM once class starts. If you feel dizzy and like vomiting, LAY DOWN. Trust me this feeling goes away after a few classes. You will be hooked. I had taken a break for a bit and then realized that I was having joint and back pains. Started going back again and my wrists and back don't hurt anymore. I feel that this is one of the best things that I can do for my body. It loves it! FYI...shower area is small, just enough to shower after class, dry off, change, and get out. Not really enough room to "get ready" for work or anything. read more
