Contacting Rob Brancaccio was recommended by the inspection company. I immediately received a quote for the work to be done as well as a detailed outline of what exactly was being done (and why). Rob was prompt in replying to ALL of my email inquiries, even after a month or so of closing madness and delays. When I was ready for the work to be done, I emailed Rob and they had their team out to my place at the end of that same week. This leads me to the guys that were said to show up at 10am. Mike and Sean arrived promptly at 10am, abided by all COVID restrictions (masked up and kept their distance), and got right to work. Mike took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had about the original condition of the chimney and utilities. Sean was up on the roof carefully cleaning and prepping while Mike was down in the utilities area cleaning up (vacuuming old debris behind boiler) before prepping for their work. Both seemed to work well together and had a great attitude through the job. The entire process was probably just over an hour. Both men finished cleaning up before requesting my attention. Social distanced, Mike came back to the house with paperwork for me to sign and pay. He explained everything they did once more, explained the warranties, permits and what to expect when I fire up my furnace for the first time. I am very happy with EVERYONE I worked with during this process. The price was on par (slightly better/competitive) with other estimates, service was top notch and everyone was friendly. A+++!!! Additional Note: 4/14/2021 Lately, I've had some leakage in the roof/chimney area following heavy rains in the same location as chimney service last year. I called and emailed pictures to Rob and he had a crew come out. The crew did a quick review and re-sealed what they could. Issue persisted. Today Rob sent out Pablo, who was a genuinely nice man and knowledgeable about his trade. There were several attempts to correct the problem, but it seemed to be unrelated to the chimney itself.
