RESPONSE TO OWNER: Posting our text and call log here for the world to see. Yes you finally responded after I called AGAIN on 2/20, that's after I already posted this review. You told us you will give us a quote in 3 days, took almost 3 weeks. Never once during those 3 weeks did you reach out to let us know what was going on. Look at the logs and texts, just bunch of outgoing calls from me and me texting you for update. There is no reason for me to lie to ruin your business, I said nothing negative about your quote or your work (can't attest to that). If I didn't like your quote, I could just say that, that's what reviews are for. My issue is that you're just not a very responsive business owner in my experience. I'm even more annoyed now that you accused me of lying instead of owing up to your mistakes.

We asked them for additional help with another project that we were doing ourselves. They helped us resolve the issues we had with a different leaking window and door. They caught several problems with the advice and plans we'd been given, which saved us from long-term issues, so we ended up expanding the scope from just the patio to a door and window with them.
