The service was friendly, not pushy, honest, and thorough! I came in to inquire about a jeep I saw they had listed online and purchased it the same day. The process was smooth and comfortable. Bill and Lorenzo helped me and did a nice job. Thank you. I LOVE my new Jeep!!

    Thank you!

I wanted to share my experience purchasing a car at this location. Before making the purchase of course I went over to test drive and get a feel for how they're handling customers--- I met up with Mario and he was just amazing. I didn't feel super pressured, he was very thorough and helped guide us towards the purchase. Nef and Tommy from finance were also amazing. I felt comfortable -- while they had to offer me various upgrades, it wasn't over the top. Super easy transaction and we are pleased with our purchase. When I'm ready to get another car I'll be giving these gentleman a call. I don't live close enough to use their location for maintenance, but will be back when it's time to get another vehicle. Thanks!

    Internal Repair Records

Don Luke -Thank you for confirming the distinction between "customer-facing" records and internal dealership documents, notes, communications, and administrative records. That distinction is exactly the concern. My issue is not whether older internal records would help a future repair facility diagnose the Jeep today. My concern is whether vehicle-specific diagnostic findings, fault codes, technician notes, inspection results, warranty-related information, or safety-related concerns existed at the time of prior service visits and were not disclosed to us in the customer-facing records provided at the time. We purchased this Jeep from Bill Luke in 2019, and issues began within the first year at approximately 3,523 miles. Between 2019 and 2025, the vehicle was brought to the service department more than 19 times. Before a major safety incident involving the forward collision system activating while I was driving, we had taken the Jeep in multiple times and were told the vehicle was fine. I later obtained internal dealership information indicating diagnostic findings that were not included in the customer-facing service summaries we were provided at the time of service, including information involving the Forward Collision Warning Module and ECM/PCM communication. That is why the completeness of the records matters. I also received an internal service report indicating that repair orders for this VIN were purged from the dealership's system on 10/29/2018, when the Jeep reportedly had approximately 8 miles and before we purchased it new. I have not received a clear explanation of what repair orders were purged, why they were purged, or whether any diagnostic findings existed before sale. Again, my concern is not whether current technicians can diagnose the vehicle today. My concern is whether relevant vehicle-specific information was omitted from the records provided to us during the years Bill Luke serviced the vehicle, and whether that affected our ability to understand recurring issues, warranty-related concerns, and safety-related risks. I stand by my review and continue to request a complete accounting of the vehicle-specific records associated with this VIN, including diagnostic findings, repair orders, inspection notes, and any explanation regarding the pre-sale repair order purge.

Turned in a leased vehicle to Bill Luke the middle of October 2025. I had a refund due me on an extended warranty because I ended the lease early and had very low mileage. So today, January 30, 2026, I finally got the remainder they owed me. It was like pulling teeth. So, just be warned. The owner says my refund check was issued in the same month that I returned my leased vehicle. This is not true. The refund that was owed to me, was sent to Stellantis! It took three months for me to get all the money they owed me. I will never do business with Bill Luke ever again.

I traded in a Kia that was worth more than the car I purchased. there was a difference of nearly $8,000 that they owed me. I did not walk out with a check because I was told they had to inspect it first. this was a Friday. By Wednesday it was listed on their website, which means they obviously inspected it. Repeated requests for our money went unanswered. We finally got a check the following week after my husband went to the dealership and planted himself there until they cut the check. They provided my original window sticker, but didn't have access to the actual entire window sticker which I had at home showing I had already paid $699 for tint when I bought it new in 2024. I noticed they were charging $399 for window tinting, which it already had. They also charged me $399 for window tinting, which I'm sure it already had. when questioned about it I was told it was because of the warranty they had to provide. what an utter crock of horse manure.

I got into a car accident with my Chevy. I happen to know someone who worked at Bill Luke, so I asked my insurance specifically to go there for the repair since I knew he'd keep me in the loop, which he did unlike my insurance... then Bill Luke fired him. From there I never got a call back till it was "done" and I would call enough that the secretary started to recognise my voice. Disappointing. Finally got a call after more than a month that it was finally done! Yay! When I got to my car, I immediately saw a clear paint drip, a couple of deep scratches that had no paint, and no "bra" on the hood which the sides still had the original bra. Another couple of days of that fixing, I get my car the second time and I realise my bra line does not match the original bra line. New scratches with no paint. Even the new bra had a chip with a little dent in the hood. At this point I'm over not having any transportation for a month and a half. I'm so disappointed and I'm sure where you can guess where I'll never take my car.... if you guessed Bill Luke you guessed correct!

Always the top notch professionalism, and care for my Jeep Wrangler and when I go to enterprise, they always go above and beyond for me. Best dealer I've ever been to for service. Josh is my advisor

Unfortunately, my experience did not match the promises that were made. Throughout the car-buying process, I was told several things that either turned out to be untrue or that I had to repeatedly follow up on and fight to have honored. After the sale, I found myself being ignored and eventually had to show up at the dealership in person just to get results. That was incredibly frustrating, especially after believing I was working with people I could trust. The final straw was my recent service visit. I was under the impression that my extended warranty covered the damage I brought the vehicle in for, only to find out that wasn't the case. Even worse, when I left the dealership, my side mirror was literally hanging off my vehicle while I was driving on the highway. It was not like that when I dropped my car off. It became a serious safety hazard, and I nearly had an accident because of it. I even have video of the mirror hanging as I drove away. I ended up taking my vehicle to another mechanic, who was able to secure the mirror properly in a matter of moments. It was incredibly disappointing that my vehicle left the dealership in worse condition than when I brought it in. I do want to recognize that my service advisor was excellent. They were communicative and treated me well, and I appreciate their professionalism. My frustration is with the overall experience, the broken promises, and the quality of the work performed. I had originally planned to recommend this dealership to friends and family because I believed everyone was being genuine. Unfortunately, after everything I experienced, I can no longer recommend either the sales department or the service department. Kindness is appreciated, but honesty, integrity, and quality workmanship matter even more.

He told me to go ahead and file a complaint, so I did. Since they refuse to assist even though this is a safety issue as described by The AZ Department of Transportation. I am filing a complaint regarding this dealer with ADOT and the AZ Attorney General's office. THIS DEALER IS TOTALLY UNETHICAL. DO NOT VISIT THEIR DEALERSHIP. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! ADDENDUM: Jay, the owner of Glendale Auto Source just contacted me. I now see why their customer service is so bad. I am not surprised however. In every company, the culture comes from the top. First of all he said "these reviews don't matter. It wont change anything". He may in fact be right. We will see. Next, he indicated that he is not going to talk to me because I am not the one who actually purchased the car. My step son was. So, I guess I am not allowed to intervene in affairs involving my family. WRONG!!!!! I am still going to. Finally, he said that he "never had anyone talk to one of his people and within 15 minutes, write a poor review" Well, Since their rating is 3.7 here, I guess everyone else has waited more than 15 minutes to negatively review their establishment. Also, they took 43 days to actually payoff the loan on my step sons trade-in. 43 Days before the car was registered to him. 2 days before his temporary expired. he had to keep calling and calling to get updates on when it would be done. Having several car dealerships as clients, I can tell you the ONLY reason a car dealership takes that long to payoff a trade is because they have cash flow issues. Most likely, they were waiting for another car to sell so they could use those funds to pay of my step sons trade-in. I reiterate my point. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY HAVE 15 REVIEWS ON YELP!. OF THOSE 15, TEN ARE FIVE STARS AND FIVE ARE 1 STAR. THAT MEANS ONE THIRD OF THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT HAPPY. BY COMPARISON, MY RATING ON YELP IS FIVE STARS. MAYBE THEY SHOULD LISTEN TO ME. GIVEN MY PROFESSION, I COULD RUN THAT COMPANY MUCH BETTER THAN JAY DOES.

Attention! Don't Make the Mistake of Trusting Tricolor Auto Group…read more My experience with Tricolor Auto Group has been one of the worst I've ever had with a car dealership. From the beginning, they have broken promises, withheld information, and shown a complete lack of professionalism. Here are the detailed issues I've faced: 1. Broken Promises Regarding License Plate Delivery I paid all the necessary fees for the vehicle registration and license plate, trusting that Tricolor Auto Group would handle the process. However, I never received my plate. When I tried to resolve the issue, they provided no clear answers or solutions, forcing me to pay for the process again. 2. Mechanical Issues with the Vehicle Despite purchasing the vehicle with the expectation that it was in good condition, serious mechanical issues arose much sooner than expected. I had to replace the battery out of pocket, an expense that should have been covered if the car had been properly inspected. I also had to pay for the repair of the EVAP valve, which should not have failed so quickly. 3. Lack of Transparency with Payment Breakdown Over two months ago, I requested a detailed breakdown of my payments--something any customer has the right to receive. Despite multiple attempts to obtain this information, they still have not provided it. This lack of transparency makes it impossible to verify if the charges are fair. 4. They Made Me Pay for a Service That Was Already Included As part of my purchase agreement, I was supposed to have oil changes included. However, due to the lack of knowledge and misinformation from the branch manager and employees, I was forced to pay out of pocket for an oil change that should have been covered. When I tried to clarify the situation, no one at the branch could provide a clear response or take responsibility. 5. Inefficient and Frustrating Customer Service Tricolor Auto Group used to have an automated system that returned calls, but it no longer works. On multiple occasions, I tried to reach a representative, but the system would not allow me to speak to a real person or receive useful responses. When I finally managed to contact someone, the customer service was unprofessional, uninterested in helping, and unable to provide clear solutions. 6. If You Insist Too Much, They Might Block You If you repeatedly call to demand solutions, they might block your calls and messages. This happened to me with a branch manager. Instead of addressing my concerns, she simply chose to ignore me. This level of disregard for customers demonstrates the poor service and lack of responsibility this company has. 7. The Stress from This Company Can Drive You to Desperation Even if you pay on time and are a good customer, don't expect any concessions from them. You will not receive any information that could benefit you or help you navigate a difficult situation. Dealing with this company is so frustrating that it can push you to desperation. 8. What to Do If You're Already Stuck with Them? If you've unfortunately already purchased a vehicle from Tricolor Auto Group, I strongly recommend the following: Save all documentation (contracts, receipts, messages, emails). Always request names and reference numbers every time you speak with customer service. Keep a detailed record as I have done, including emails, screenshots, receipts, and any other evidence that could help in case you need to file a complaint. If you notice any irregularities, be prepared to file a complaint. You can file complaints at the following places: Better Business Bureau (BBB) (www.bbb.org) Federal Trade Commission (FTC) (www.ftc.gov) Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) (www.consumerfinance.gov) Attorney General of your state (in this case, Arizona) Google Reviews and Yelp to warn other buyers --- Conclusion If you're considering buying a vehicle from them, think twice. You won't receive the service or support you'd expect from a reputable company. They don't fulfill their promises, unexpected costs can arise without explanation, and customer service is unhelpful. If you already have a vehicle with them, document everything and prepare for any issues that may arise. I'm currently in the process of refinancing my vehicle to get away from this company as soon as possible. I don't want anyone else to go through this frustration, so I will be posting this review on Google Maps, Yelp, and other platforms to warn future buyers. This review has been posted at all Tricolor Auto Group locations in Phoenix and on other platforms such as Google Maps, Yelp, and BBB to warn more people about their business practices and prevent others from experiencing the same issues.
