Replace the first floor baseboard with high output baseboard. Peter measured the job up and returned with Christian another day to complete the work. I admit I was impressed with the concern that was paid to how each peice was installed. A level and tape measure was used on each peice of baseboard to insure that when completed the entire run was the same height and on the same plain. Each cover was trimmed if needed so it fit together properly. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped me put my things back, which they didn't have to do. I could say I'm happy with the work they did and leave it there. The truth is I'm really impressed with the work did, it came out more beautiful than I hoped. They showed more attention to detail than they had to, and the price was very competitive. Its been 7 years and Pete is still doing really prideful work. Both confirmed there were no cracks in the sewer line, and that the recommended $10K replacement wouldn't have solved the issue. I've now hired a different plumber who identified the actual problem and will be replacing the correct section of the pipe -- the real issue -- for $6,700. I feel I was misled and pressured toward an unnecessary and extremely expensive job. I want my $2,000 back for a repair that clearly did not work and failed within weeks. Disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

The company was really great, they sent me a bio and photo of the person who would be coming (which I appreciated for safety and professionalism), and the man who came was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He also had some great suggestions and input on the project and location in the house, in terms of what's best to save money and simplify all the moving parts--which I really appreciated. In 2023 my basement was flooding and I didn't know from where. I called all shore and they got a crew here in under 30 minutes. They located where the water source was coming into my home and saved my basement & my belongings from further water damage. In 2024 my basement was smelling like sewage and all shore was able to figure out that my waste line had a crack in it. The team worked diligently and was able to replace my waste line in under 1 day. I was shocked that my basement was dust free even though they needed to cut walls open to access the waste line.
