Near disaster. Started with replacing a sink connection which was leaking. Instead of turning off…read morethe basement connection. Turned off the main and drained the line. When everything was done the Hot water was muddy. Replaced the Hot Water heater and since they did not replace a 47 year old shutoff which they had used and was now leaking had to have Lilco find the gas leak and another plumber fix the problem.
