I would always get an answering machine and they would take days to call me back. I just got off the phone with Derek who picked up on the second ring (no automated answering device - I hate those things). He knew exactly what I had an issue with and how to take care of it. The whole call took less than a minute. Great customer service!

What good are those processes if they sit on the results of those "automated features"? Case in point: On 9-1-2016, after a couple days of asking for the emailed refund form, I finally recieved the e-signature form and returned it to them (via the same email they sent it to me). According to them, all they had to do was forward that email to a corporate processing site. On 9-21-2016, I called that corporate site for the reason of the hold up (no refund). They informed me that nothing was recieved from Trunnell and my refund hasn't even been started (They were even asking me about the stauts of my next month's payment!). Total B.S., I am going to contact the IL department of insurance to get involved. Avoid this Agency.

Randy did not speak because he said I gave a bad review a year ago. Instead of using the opportunity to address the issue and improve, he rudely said I can take my business elsewhere! I am writing a letter to Michael Tipsord Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of State Farm to inform him of the behavior of Randy Holzhauzer. Do not give your business to him as he could care less for his clients!! Regrettably, Stephanie

Shortly after he submitted my taxes the IRS sent me a letter stating there was an error. I sent an email quickly to Michael and was assured the IRS was wrong. In the following months I received more IRS letters. Each one forwarded to Michael. Emails sent and phone calls made. I have kept a few of them. I then got a letter from the IRS stating they would freeze my accounts, I owed them thousands of dollars and hundreds in fines. I contacted a tax attorney, and his wife is an accountant. Within a week they found the error Michael made and ignored. I had to pay IRS not get a refund. The attorney was able to get the fines removed. I wasn't going to contact Michael again.
