They also committed fraud by by telling me I had a coverage when in fact It wasn't covered by the insurance company they wrote the policy through. My advice is to seek out a full service company that actually takes care of the insured rather than just takes your premium. (Note: with the advent of the internet and sites like "Yelp" it's probably best to keep your mouth shut instead of insulting a former client.....)

Fifteen days after my original phone call to them, she emailed me to ask a question about the house and I told her that we had already selected another provider. I honestly don't know how they would get any business. Buying a house is a stressful, and of all the things that can cause delay, setting up a basic homeowner's policy should NOT be one of them. I shudder to think of what the response would be like if I was actually submitting a claim!

I was a customer of theirs for several years! Always paid on time without any issues!!! At some point last year they switched the provider of who insured me. Didn't receive anything in the mail or any updated policy information but working two jobs and moving I continued to pay. I finally found the time to shop around and find a policy $80 cheaper and called for several days attempting to speak to Elvia to cancel. She was never available and I working at a call center missed her one return call attempt. Finally sent an email request with the policy number to cancel as she requested in the voicemail because apparently notifying them by voicemail and with her receptionist wasn't sufficient. Even after I emailed she didn't cancel my policy instead called me and was so rude and spoke to me like a child inquiring on the date I started my coverage with any other company. Provided her the information only to wake up this morning and see a $170.59 charge to my account. When I called her she was unforgiving and acted as whatever saying they would credit me when she wasn't authorized to charge my account in the first place! I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank and am filing reports with BBB and calling the FBI and Inspector generals office.
