I just received an early Xmas present and wanted the 2 platinum rings soldered together. After researching Yelp, I found this place. We stopped in and was helped immediately. He was able to solder my ring right away within 10 min. And he charged me way less than the quotes I got via phone from other places. Many places also won't let me wait for it. Then, later that week, I decided to add another band so I went back and brought in an anklet to fix and another ring to clean. He cleaned my ring for free and again did the soldering on site and fixed my anklet within 20 minutes. I will go to him again for any fixes I need! I highly recommend this place. We brought my wife's wedding ring in for a simple sizing and wedding band fusion. During the repair, our diamond was chipped. Not only did he lie about chipping the diamond, he continued to insult me and disown the mistake. After multiple back and forth conversations, Billie finally owned up to the chip and replaced the diamond. This was a very lengthy process and every time I unfortunately had to engage with him he continued to be extremely rude & unprofessional. I had to almost beg her to give me a cost she would only give me the resize. I kept asking for the cost to buy. Finally the man from back came out, quoted me. Immed, the owner, Tri stopped what he was working on & listened to exactly what I was wanting. He drew up a rough sketch as we continued to talk about the details & gave me a general quote. I have a disorder that causes massive swelling. I haven't been able to wear my wedding ring in years because of swollen fingers. Finally I got a new, much cheaper ring to substitute for my wedding ring. I went to Billie's to get the center diamond moved from my wedding ring to my new ring. Much to my surprise, Billie said that he could resize my original ring up 3 sizes to the size I needed. That surprised me because other jewelers had told me no. My wedding band has 112 pave diamonds set into the band. If you resize it and aren't super careful, you can make those diamonds fall out. I also am *SUPER* paranoid about leaving my wedding band with anyone, because the center stone has been in my family for over 100 years. It's irreplaceable to me. He was very understanding and worked with me sitting in a chair right next to him. He even helped me pick out a semi-precious stone to put in the ring I bought to replace my wedding band. I'm thrilled with the work he did. It's very professional and both rings fit perfectly. He even cleaned them both. Excellent work. Very professional and just really nice. took my clock, could not repair it, I ask for it's return, was informed they threw it away. I did not give them permission to dispose of my clock. At first they told me on three different occasions it was in the back of the store. It was a brass anniversary clock over 25 years old that chimed and played three songs. It worked fine, just one stem holding it up was broken. I would have taken it to a clock shop for repair. They tried to give me a plastic clock, 1/2 the size saying it was the same clock.
