The owner refused to fix it because the entire underneath was completely rotted out. He could have fixed it and made money off it, but refused because the vehicle wasn't safe. I needed my wheel baron replaced and while fixing it they discovered my breaks and rotors were wore down to almost metal to metal giving me an update and option to replace while the car was still on the lift.
