The headlight turned out to be a bigger problem, which they quickly diagnosed and fixed. They also checked out my rattle and determined that it was a very minor problem and not my control arm and fixed it for free. They were honest and very pleasant to work with.

(In this case it's been in the family) I've driven right by this place lot's of times. Never gave it a 2nd thought. Until.... my current car guy (norwich tire, their awesome!) didn't have the diagnostic equipment to figure out why my Chevy S-10 was ready to stall at every stop. I really trust Bob at Norwich Tire (NT been in the industry, same location for a couple generations) and asked him to recommend someone. With out any hesitation he suggested 2 different local companys. I thought I'd give Charlie & Dougs a try. When I walked in to their place, I was SHOCKED! The place is so clean, well organized, virtually spot-less and the people were friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and right on top of things. It went off like clock work. They called, explained the problem, answered all my questions. No unpleasant surprises... In fact I'm thrilled with the great job they did, how I was treated and just how professional and trust worthy they were. So if you're local or if you just blew into town for a run at the casinos, I had a great experience with these guys. I needed my wheel baron replaced and while fixing it they discovered my breaks and rotors were wore down to almost metal to metal giving me an update and option to replace while the car was still on the lift. Stay away from this place!! I went here to get an interlock device installed and when it was done…read morethere were wires falling everywhere. Then within 4 days the interlock completely turned off because it lost power from all the wires being disconnected. I was stuck in the middle of the road and had to pay to get my car towed back to the shop. The shop blamed it on the interlock company saying the devices are old but it's so obviously the way they installed it!! I'll insert a photo of the wires and how dirty they left my brand new car. They couldn't even place a paper mat to keep my mat clean while they installed it? The owner Mark will dodge you if you have any problems. When I went to get the wires fixed, he wouldn't come talk to me for 30 minutes. He gave me his personal cell, and still doesn't answer my questions.
