He was challenged to take our general list of places in and around Seattle and go for it. We were in town for a football game so we even took a drive through Wash U's campus which was beautiful. He go wherever we wanted to go. It rained the whole day but we charged ahead anyway. Stanley has lived in Seattle for 22 years but also in New York City. He was a professional photographer for Atlantic monthly. Sort of an artsy guy with two grown daughters...graduates of Wash U. The car was luxury, comfortable and spotless for the two of us. My friend told me that we were gonna catch the light rail to go to Lumen Field for the Seahawks football game, and he also mentioned to me that we could also stop by Pike Place Market to "holo-holo", as the light rail would take us all the way to where we needed to go. I guess the light rail system has been used in Seattle for sometime now, as I could see there were lots of rail stations throughout the city. The station that we used to get onto the rail was the - Angle Lake Station, because it was the closest station in proximity to where my friend lived. The Angle Lake Station had a very large parking garage. After parking our car, it was a breeze to get onto the light rail & make our way to Pike Place Market, as well as Lumen Field. I can see how effective it is when light rail is built, & utilized properly. It certainly saved us a lot of money in the sense that we didn't have to look for parking while attending the Seahawks game, as I saw some parking places charging like $90.00 for game day parking. More rail stations are still being constructed, and my friend said he couldn't wait till the rail station in Federal Way is finished.

A couple of them are really good hard working people, but others just spoil everything. The dispatchers usually are very nice. But most of the time, after the cab arrives, the cab drivers insist heavily on "Cash" only. In fact some drivers totally deny giving you a ride if you don't have cash on you. They give reasons like "credit card machine doesn't work", "there is a charge for us if you use credit card" and all bullshit. I have had a situation before where cab came half an hour late at times. "Couldn't find the place" or they will wait for you totally somewhere on the main road and not in your area to pick up in spite of them having GPS. So you have to walk all the way there. Today was the worst. I waived a cab on the road, got in, the cab driver rudely asked me for a flat charge totally overpriced. Since it was overpriced, I told him "no" go by the meter (if it was close to the normal rate, I would have accepted. but this guy was rude and it was 50% overpriced). He said "No, get out of the cab". GET OUT OF THE CAB ? WHO THE F DO YOU THINK YOU ARE ? CAB 587. I asked him for the information sheet which every cab driver is suppose to display to the customer on the back of the front passenger sheet, he said he didn't have it. I told him I want to complain, he is like do what you want, my cab no. is 587. So I am doing what I want, I called up the company to complain and here for the review. Got out, waived again, two other cabs from other companies stopped by. Got in, next company took me without meter, but a normal charge. Not taking Green Cab anymore. P.S. - Some of them drive like crazy !

Shame on us for trusting the pickup rather than call for a ride. Uber estimate was $22.

I was coming in for my Alaskan cruise and I was referred to this company by my Facebook NCL group. After browsing the website to figure out how to get the process on booking, (which was very easy navigation) I decided to call and speak with someone to just confirm and ask questions since I was coming from out of town . Customer service was stellar. All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed at all. I was even informed to save monies to return to the website and book online. Absolutely amazing. Before my flight I had received a follow up call of confirmation which I was very grateful for to just let me know I was not forgotten. My group got the pick up from the airport to our hotel , then pick up from the NCL ship to the airport. Both pick ups were handled with professionalism. From airport to the hotel Michael Z. Sent a text to us informing us his whereabouts and stayed in communication with us until he found us despite all the detour chaos of the airport. This was greatly appreciated. He was friendly, welcoming and socially gifted. :) they switched our driver on the last day pick up from the ship, I'm sorry because I would love to give his name as well but customer service did communicate the change and informed us they were still on schedule which was great as well. I know there is alot of shuttles to choose in this area but if you're looking for stress free, budget friendly, great customer service support, this is your company ! I will forever be grateful and scream from the high seas of any cruise ship Go Premier Go! 10/10 rating !
