He was challenged to take our general list of places in and around Seattle and go for it. We were in town for a football game so we even took a drive through Wash U's campus which was beautiful. He go wherever we wanted to go. It rained the whole day but we charged ahead anyway. Stanley has lived in Seattle for 22 years but also in New York City. He was a professional photographer for Atlantic monthly. Sort of an artsy guy with two grown daughters...graduates of Wash U. The car was luxury, comfortable and spotless for the two of us. A couple of them are really good hard working people, but others just spoil everything. The dispatchers usually are very nice. But most of the time, after the cab arrives, the cab drivers insist heavily on "Cash" only. In fact some drivers totally deny giving you a ride if you don't have cash on you. They give reasons like "credit card machine doesn't work", "there is a charge for us if you use credit card" and all bullshit. I have had a situation before where cab came half an hour late at times. "Couldn't find the place" or they will wait for you totally somewhere on the main road and not in your area to pick up in spite of them having GPS. So you have to walk all the way there. Today was the worst. I waived a cab on the road, got in, the cab driver rudely asked me for a flat charge totally overpriced. Since it was overpriced, I told him "no" go by the meter (if it was close to the normal rate, I would have accepted. but this guy was rude and it was 50% overpriced). He said "No, get out of the cab". GET OUT OF THE CAB ? WHO THE F DO YOU THINK YOU ARE ? CAB 587. I asked him for the information sheet which every cab driver is suppose to display to the customer on the back of the front passenger sheet, he said he didn't have it. I told him I want to complain, he is like do what you want, my cab no. is 587. So I am doing what I want, I called up the company to complain and here for the review. Got out, waived again, two other cabs from other companies stopped by. Got in, next company took me without meter, but a normal charge. Not taking Green Cab anymore. P.S. - Some of them drive like crazy !

Premier Shuttle Service - Be prepared to wait long periods of time for your shuttle to pick you up…read moreif you have booked this service. I booked this shuttle service for 20 people months in advance. On arrival we landed early and had to wait over an hour which we understood and remained patient since we were early due to the airline moving our flight of 20 people to an earlier departure time. Upon return of our cruise we had a scheduled time for pick up at 9:30am to get to the airport for our flights. When we're got to the pick up spot there were 2 vans there. The 1st van took 5 people and left. The 2nd van took half our party and was sent on. The other half sat and waited ....at 1st it was told to us there was a 10 min wait and then 20 another min wait and finally after an hour of waiting I got a manager on the phone who was completely rude. I asked what the hold up was and explained that we booked this service in February for a June pickup....his response to me was "then you should have traveled in February" I do not recommend using this company. After waiting an hour and a half another shuttle showed up for a party of 3 (not for us) who was also going to the airport so we jumped in with them because we did not have a time which our van would arrive. We are a girl scout troop that took the girls to Alaska so there was a lot of planning involved. I thought that this company would be a good fit but most definitely was not.
