In regard to Bill's reply claiming he had to "fire" me as a customer because I was "Rude, profane, and threatening conduct towards our staff " - He is a LIAR. My 4 attempts after their third failure (Lisa Gardner, Tara Lind, "Office@) to get them to honor their word were simple, to the point, and professional. Here's the actual e-mails. Subject:Renewal Notice for TERMITE To: Bill's Pest & Termite Co (Office@..) 2/7/21 :0815 Is this (renewal notice) a joke?  My warranty should start when you finish the job. After three visits, you have not. I still have active tunnels.  Scraped these down this morning.  (image of active termites) You need to come out and do another full treatment.  And two months after that I'll check again  and only if it's clear will my warranty start. I told you before I'm not going to accept a BandAid here and  there and "whoops, your warranty is expired". My termite problem is exactly the same as when I called you a year ago.  you have accomplished nothing.  If you are unable to do the job you contracted for, I want a full refund and I will try again with a different company. You are not paying them to "fix" a termite problem, but to "treat it". I paid Bill's Pest and Termite Co. $736 to get rid of termite tunnels in two places on my ceiling. Regardless of the weasel-wording in their contract the implication and my understanding was "I pay you $736 and you get rid of those termites right there on the ceiling. And warranty your work for 1 year" Jonathan Logan explicitly stated by email "comes standard with a full one year warranty". Which I understood to mean, I would be termite-free for one year. What I got was "we'll spray some stuff but no guarantee it will do anything. And we'll spray more stuff for up a year, but we'll delay and stall for as long as possible to make that year end with us coming back as few times as possible" First "treatment" the technician yelled and swore and kicked his equipment around a lot. Understandable as it was acting up, but totally unprofessional. And whatever he did was ineffective, as I had new active tunnels in the same spot months later. So I asked them to do it again - which they finally did after stalling and delays. The second guy pointed out where the first guy had missed several areas but assured me that he had taken care of it. But the second "treatment" was also ineffective - new active tunnels remained two months later. So I had them come out a third time. Which they did after more stalling and delays - trying to run out the clock. Same guy as the first time. That "treatment" was also ineffective. I made it clear that I was not pleased with their constant stalling and delays, and that they needed to actually fix the problem I paid them $736 to fix. A month later, they solicited me to "renew" my contract for an additional $175, as we approached the 1 year mark. I showed them photos of new active tunnels in the same two places as the last three times. I said that I expected them to fix the problem before we talk about renewing. They refused to respond. I contacted them three more times, for them to either fix the problem I paid them to fix, or to refund my money. They refused to respond and even hung up on Jane when she called on my behalf. I chose Bills Pest and Termite because they are an advertiser on my favored radio station. And the ads were very patriotic. The reality is, they are deceptive in their agreements, their "treatments" are ineffective, and they will stall and delay (a month wait each time for someone to even look at the tunnels!) until the contract runs out. I am out $736 and have exactly the same termite tunnels hanging down from my ceiling in the same two places, as when they took my money a year ago. read more

I have a huge footprint on my house. I noticed a few termite tubes in the garage and received a free estimate and treatment plan. The price seemed reasonable and I really did not have time to deal with termites so I booked the treatment. I didn't think much of it, just come out, kill these critters and that's it, right? Wrong! The tech showed up at 8am on a Saturday as promised and got to work. This guy busted his butt with no breaks for the next 10.5 hours! He trenched every inch of my foundation (over 600 linear feet). He drilled through concrete every few inches along hundreds of feet of concrete in the garage and outdoor patio. Then he proceed to apply over 250 gallons of termite killer into the soil below my house. This was a minor infestation with literally two small areas of termite tubes in the garage and no visible termites. Bills pest control clobbered these little bastards from every angle and made sure they were not coming back. But just in case, the technician made sure I knew that if I ever saw anything at all that looked like termites to just call him up and he would be back out to clobber these bastards again. Then the tech went back and properly filled in all of the holes in the concrete and the trenching. I am a huge DIYer for nearly everything. I just didn't feel like dealing with this issue and boy am I glad I didn't. If a professional with all of the right tools takes 10.5 hrs, then I'm looking at a week or more to do this job after I work at my regular job. No thanks. That was hours of backbreaking work. I was more than happy to pay for it, plus get a warranty. First experience with Bill's, so I can't comment on any long term service quality, but I really don't expect any issues. These guys seem to really care that the job is done right and really cared that I was happy with how the job was done. read more

After spending lots of money in 2005 and then paying yearly fees to keep a warranty going, I was totally let down by the national company that begins with a "T". Suddenly, on Christmas Eve, 2014, I found several hanging tunnels in a spare bedroom. Upon closer inspection, there were indications that tunnels were about to break out in two other rooms. The big "T" company came out the following week and spent less than 15 minutes punching two small holes in two walls and spraying chemical in the holes. Although I reminded him that we had had termites in the past in another part of the house, the man from "T" did NOT inspect the entire house. I heard Bill on the radio, advertising his company. Thought it was great that he did his own commercial. I called Bill's Pest and Termite Co. and was visited by Jonathan for an estimate. He quickly noticed that there were also termites in the garage, as well as the 3 rooms inside the house. Today, my house was treated inside and out by WAYNE, who was excellent. He immediately pulled aside a small area of carpet and found a crack in the concrete slab in the spare room. Something that the guy from "T" did NOT do. WAYNE was excellent. It was very evident that he knew exactly what needed to be done and was super efficient. He worked very hard, as the infestation had gotten much worse since I had made the appointment. He spent Four hours working very diligently and answered my questions as he went along. Then, when my husband came home from work, Wayne answered more questions very patiently. Lesson: Do business with reputable, local companies. I highly recommend Bills Pest and Termite, and will be contacting them to do routine pest control. We discovered we had termites Christmas week and called everywhere to have someone come out immediately to evaluate the situation. Since most of Bill's staff was out for the holiday Bill himself came out and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with the evaluation. We were very impressed with all the answers he provided to our many questions. What sold us was when he told us he had different termite farms on his property so they can evaluate them and test the different treatment solutions to see what works best for the different types of Arizona termites. Add the endless articles and information on their website for us it was a no brainer. We never found a company that provided half the amount of knowledge as Bill's did. We had our home treated by them a couple weeks ago and were pleased with the thorough work the gentlemen did as well. Bill's successfully informed us of everything we wanted to know which put us at easy, came in lower S.O.S and performed great work. I just CANNOT sing his praises enough . . as an anxious home owner that is freaked out by the thought of termites eating up my house (well, ok, I know the AZ termites are the least destructive variety and very slow moving) BUT STILL that doesn't change the CREEP factor that bugs are turning my home, even tho verrrrrry slowly, into sawdust!! In the midst of a remodel we came across some termites inside our home. Not being termite experts we expected the worst. After researching local companies online, the information on Bill's website was exactly what we were looking for. We called for a free inspection and that's when we met Lisa. Lisa was very thorough and informative, answered all of our questions-there were a lot of them and I never felt like she was in a hurry to get through the appointment. There was no hard push to make an appointment and Lisa assured us that Bill's would honor the estimate if we needed some time. We scheduled the appointment for later that week. Our tech Donovan was awesome. He was very professional, polite and efficient. He answered all my questions, explained what I should expect and cleaned up inside my home and outside. The level of service was outstanding. The price was even better. I have a large two story home and was pleased with the affordability of Bill's. As a consumer I will always pay more for better service, with Bill's I don't have to pay more to get the best service. I, like others, had Bill's come out for the first time a few years ago. They drilled several holes in the cement outside the home and trenched the rest of the perimeter where there is dirt and stones. They said they soaked it with a termite killing liquid solution. I'm not convinced that they used the full potency for the solution, because within a year the termite straws were not only outside the foundation of the house, but termite straws were found inside the house. They came out again a year later after I called them and waited for several weeks only to hear that they won't have time to solve the problem properly which involved drilling more holes - this time in the floors inside the house. I told them I had no problem with that, but they said they would not have time today and call them back again if the infestation persists (for an additional $150.00). We will NEVER call Bill's Pest Control again and will instead call another company to provide protection properly for the whole outside of the house which, unfortunately, means starting from scratch with drilling and soaking for another $500.00. read more

I discovered we had termites when I noticed the tunnel hanging from my ceiling. I delayed getting anything done thinking it was going to be very expensive and cause a lot of havoc to get them removed. The first place I checked wanted to spray foam in the wall and ceiling, but that method didn't make sense considering the insulation...plus it was more expensive. I checked out Bill's Pest and Termite after hearing their radio advertisement that sparked my interest. I called and Lisa showed up to inspect the house. She even called to let me know she was running 5 minutes late but after seeing the beautiful car she drives I wondered how she could ever be late! :-) Turns out I had more termites than I even knew. She worked up a quote that was very reasonable and scheduled the technician Casey to come out on a day that worked with my schedule. He showed up exactly on time and did a great job, worked hard, listened to country music and tolerated my questions with patience. He then cleaned up and was out of here. My fiancé and I were recommended by a friend to call Bill's pest and termite after we had found a termite tunnel coming out of the drywall in our house. It was easy and quick to setup an intial inspection appointment and they were able to come out and inspect our house only a few days later. The lady who came to our house did show a few minutes late but made sure to call ahead of time and warn us she was stuck in traffic which I thought was very respectful. After determining our problem we were able to set up service with them for what I believe was a very reasonable price. They were also able to efficiently schedule our termite extermination service convienently with my schedule. So far our problem seems to be taken care of but they do offer a one year warranty that fully covers us should we find anymore tunnels and after that their warranty renewal price is very affordable! Bills had great reviews and a very high rating overall. I was pleased to see that Bill him self takes the time to review all posting and gave a honest answer. So i made the call to Bills and they said someone could be out in the next couple of days. They sent Jon, he was on time and was very down to earth about explaning the Termite way of life and what they could do to prevent any more termites at our home. We saw some termite tunnels recently and called Bill's Pest for an estimate to have the home treated and protected. The estimator, Gemma, was very courteous and professional. She prepared an accurate home layout and her estimate for the amount of treatment was exactly right on target. The cost was exactly what she estimated which was far below other pest companies. The technician, W., was on-time and started working immediately. For the size of the home, I was surprised to see only 1 tech, but he worked hard and completed the whole house area in the time he said it would take. He was professional and even took the time to explain some facts on the termites. He worked hard the whole time and did not waste any time taking breaks or anything like that. Bill's has been protecting my home for over 10 years and I can't say enough good things about their service. They are HONEST and you can really trust what they tell you. Loretta's crew is the BEST and they are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. She explains the problem areas and what they are going to do to fix it. When someone rented the house next door last year, they brought some nasty roaches with them, which totally freaked me out. Loretta had to do some serious work, but eventually got rid of them. Let me tell you, that was not fun, but it was all taken care of so I don't scream when I get in the shower anymore. They had sent Jonathan to inspect our home. He did a complete and walk through and around home. He was able to identify the species, explained what action would need to be taken. Price do not matter but when he presented estimate on site we were pleasantly surprised. Bills sent Dallas out to perform the treatment to our home. We have used Bills Pet Termite Control since we moved to Phoenix, 7 years now. All of the technicians are knowledgeable, professional and pet-friendly. We had trouble when we first moved in and BPTC came out and sprayed. A few months later we noticed some more activity and they came out and dealt with it quickly. We hadn't seen anything for 4 years. We have a tension slab home and obviously, there is a crack between the seams. It's been 4 years since they sprayed and recently we have seen some new activity. Bill's guys came out the next day and sprayed around the house. I know if I have any problem I can call them and they will send someone out within a week. BPTC seems to me to be an honest small business that provides professional and honest service for a fair price. read more

Looked at a few places, called a few got no response form many. When I called bills some one answered promptly and they came out in the next few days. I spoke with the gentleman that come out and he pointed out signs of termites, which is why I called them. He also pointed out areas where the previous company didnt make any mention of termite signs. Once bills was was done going over the treatment plan, chemicals they use etc. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment.I called another company. That company which is big and heavily advertised on the radio, wanted to sell me a ton of extra services. Bills didnt do this. The tech that came out to do the treatment was on time and was professional. He answered all my questions. I would call bills again based off this experience. read more
