This place sucks! I was instructed to drop of my Vizsla for surgery today between 7am - 7:30 am, I was there at 7 am and the doors were locked, and nobody would answer, great. Then I was told to pick up my dog at 4:30. I went there, lots of confusion behind the desk, then after 30 minutes they bring my dog out and no surgery was done! No one called me all day to let me know the surgery was not done, and they kept my dog in a cage with no water or food all day from 7:30- 4:30 pm. These people are idiots, and could call less about you or your pets. They SUCK! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. FUCK YOU BRAND VET SERVICE. read more

No negative button but wanted to start this off by saying ive been coming here for years and its been nothing but bad with the new owners and staff, completely unorganized and ethical. I love dr bill and what happened today would have never been ok under him. First i come in with my service dog on a leash and completely trained on hand signals, only to open the door to some nasty lady that picked up and aggressive and unvaccinated dog and decided to stand by the door and let it lunge at other dogs...after the staff cancelled an emergency visit they scheduled when one was scheduled the day after already and showed videos of the accident and traffic on the way.. 10 minutes late and i called with a warning. If my dog was to get bit by that unvaccinated dog, his insurance may cover it cause he is a service dog, but your license would have been lost. When choosing a vet make sure you choose one that chooses pets not just a job... honestly really sad to see this place go bad read more

This place is close to our home so it was the perfect location to take our pups. Since moving 2x this year our pups were behind on shots. So I'm nice we settled into our home I brought them here for all their yearly shots. Dr. Bill is so friendly and so sweet with the dogs. Talked to them as if he'd known them for years. The girls hate the vet, but they did well! Our smallest dog is in her 3rd heat cycle and Dr. Bill informed me to have her fixed (which is what I had asked him about), before her 4th cycle to have a smaller risk of getting breast cancer when she's older. The front desk gave me the pricing which was $290 for the laser spay surgery and I think $205 for the regular surgery without laser. (Again their prices could eventually change, so please don't expect this to be the same in the new year. This is just what I was quoted right before Christmas.) read more

Dr. Bill has been our veterinarian for several years now. He has taken care of all of our cats and dogs (currently 4 dogs). He is a really good diagnostician. He is all about discussing options. His practical approach meshes well with ours. Sometimes he has a vet student with him. The ultimate test for a medical professional is having an observant student shadow. The people here are so sweet and caring towards your animals. As my moms dog Marley was getting older and had to go to the vet more, they were always so gentile and loving towards him. When I got my dog Lou, they didn't even mind that he had some pit in him. They always take such good care of him! Dr. Bill is absolutely WONDERFUL! After one visit we knew exactly why Dr. Bill was so highly spoken of and raved about. When we met him, he not only greeted my very excited dog (who has no boundaries and jumped up and gave him a big smooch), but he also took the time to say hello to my daughter, compliment her new shoes, and made her feel super comfortable as he took care of her dog. For an annual visit, Dr. Bill was extremely thorough, answered ALL my questions (I had a list, pictures and a video clip of my dog doing what we now know is a reverse sneeze), and he even diagnosed a tiny little bump as a mass cell tumor, something that we had been reassured from our previous vet was "nothing to worry about". Of course my heart sank with that news, but Dr. Bill calmly explained everything we needed to do, answered even more of my questions, and was even able to schedule us for surgery in the SAME week to get it taken care of right away. Our surgery experience was phenomenal! He made the time in his busy day to call me after surgery himself to inform me of how the procedure went, what to expect during recovery, and to let me know everything was okay. He was also extremely patient, attentive, and reassuring during the recovery time... any concern or question I had, Dr. Bill responded promptly with a phone call where he took the time to listen, answer, and discuss anything and everything. Dr. Bill provides above and beyond care and is hands down the best veterinarian we have ever meet. We are so grateful to have found him for our dog and are always amazed by his amazingly fair and reasonable prices, especially with the top notch care, service, and experience you get when you go see Dr. Bill. read more

Disappointed with this vet, more specifically dr Steve. My Boston Terrier strain his leg muscle and is starting to have knee issues, he is only 6 months old. Anyways they provided an anti inflammatory and a medication that has sedative type affects. Well the so called sedative does nothing and my dog is very energetic and trying to get him to stay in a crate all day full of energy is basically awful for him. The vet refused to actually give a sedative medication so my dog could be comfortable and heal. Makes me think they want him to end up with chronic issues so they can get more money! read more

We think the world of our vet! On Christmas Eve, when our golden doodle puppy ate a sock and had to have emergency surgery, Dr. Bill braved a snowstorm to save our girl. It's been a good payoff because we now have a zoo. 3 dogs and 3 cats later, we have seen every vet there and all have been wonderful to us. Only once have we had to wait (30 mins) past our appointment time--it was a weird time of day--like a Tuesday afternoon--but the next time we were at the vet, we were in our exam room quickly. Overall, very pleased with every person there. They are quick to greet you and are very caring to humans and animals. :) read more

I love, love, love Dr. Bill's. I first moved here in 1996 and started bringing my dog to them. Since then, I've taken another dog and two cats. My sister started taking her dogs because I liked them so much. When one of us would go in, whichever vet we saw would ask about the others animals. All of the vets are very kind, personable and answer all of my questions (even ones I've asked before!). If I call in with an issue, the staff at the front desk will speak with a vet and try to help solve the issue over the phone if possible. My dog gets so excited to come to the vet and has to make his rounds to say hello to everyone. My cat gets in the sink and Dr. Steve will do the exam there to keep my car comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend them! read more

If I could give this vet 0 stars I would. When I first started going here I thought everyone was very friendly and knew what they were doing. However, one day I went in with my puppy to get her regular check up and they overdosed her on her regular vaccinations. Their response was "Sometimes animals react that way when they have too much medication at one time". Yes, that is an overdose? What happened to my fur baby could have easily been prevented if they were to measure the correct dosage for my animal and known not to give her too many shots at the same time. She was perfectly healthy, was not on any medication, and was instantly killed. The blood is on their hands for murdering my dog. It was not her time to die, and I will forever hold them accountable for their actions. They should know how much medication to give them based upon their weight and they did not take that into account. I don't want this to happen to anyone else so I am sharing my story. Very disappointing experience here yesterday. I heard Dr. Bill's was more affordable than my regular vet and close to home so I decided to try them out. I had concerns that my dog developed some allergies after her rabies vaccination. Apparently, the vet tech communicated this to the Veterinarian, Dr. Patton, because when she came in, she seemed ready for a fight. Her demeanor was very confrontational from the beginning and she did not smile or seem friendly a single time. In a nutshell, she basically told me I was stupid for thinking the way I do and dismissed my concerns immediately. We will not be going back to this vet. read more

Understanding, compassionate, caring, professional...I could go on and on. And it's not just the great service and smiles you get walking in the door - it's the little things, like the card and message after an animal has passed, and great things that they do - and the consistency with which they do it. I always feel like they care about my animals and myself as a pet owner. There are numerous examples of this, and I can use one as recent as yesterday to show this: I had to have my cat of 19 years put down due to failing health. Not only did I never question that they would show her love and care in her final moments, but Dr. Bill even called and left me a consoling message later that day. I went this morning for my puppy's first visit and the female vet accused me of starving my dog basically. She fed my dog in front of me and encouraged feeding her more and asked a lot of rude questions. I spend everyday with my puppy and love her and treat her like she is my own child. Love all the doctors here! they are all so caring and wonderful, the prices are really good and there's always rebates or deals with flea/tick preventative or rebates for medications the staff will give you to help you save! Dr Bill is very personable, Dr Lindsey is sweet, Dr Kelly is funny and energetic, and Dr Steve is knowledgeable, whenever I call to schedule an appointment and they ask which doctor I want to see I always tell them to surprise me because they are all great! read more

Took our dog there this morning and they recommended a shot that was not necessary but prevented him from getting bacteria if he drank from a puddle or pond. Within an hour he had vomited three times. They requested we come back for another shot to stop vomiting. As first time customers hat spent $400 on he visit I requested the first shot or shot to stop the vomiting be credited and they would not. We will not be back as customer service is lacking incredibly. read more

Worst place ever! Does not stand by their quotes. We have been a customer for almost 4 years and spent $700 in one week. While we were in there with our dog getting shots, we asked the receptionist how much next Fridays neutering would be. The young lady pulled it up and listed all the prices. In fact, we even told her we were trying to get the price to make sure we planned accordingly. Hence, why she pulled it up. Everyone knew the dog had a retained testicle, but no one said that it was an additional $170. In fact, Dr. Steve lied to Dr. Bill and told him that he informed us. However, NO conversation took place prior. Why would we lie about it or even be upset. Seriously! They did not tell us upfront and our decision to do laser may have been different, but we were not afforded that option. When addressed, they kept telling me I called in and would not listen, put me on hold/IGNORE and spoke disrespectfully. They believed that we should not be upset. Dr. Steve, Dr. Bill and the receptionist all have the worst customer service skills and basically called my husband, my son, his girl friend and myself liars. They were not willing to amend the situation. Sometimes it is not about the money, but about the principle. Dr. Bill spoke down to my husband and lacks this type of intelligence. I will make sure we tell all our friends and family how we were treated to ensure anyone I know does not make the same mistake!! read more
