We bought a motorhome from bill's RVing we were told it didn't leak we were told it was a wonderful high end camper we had new lift jacks put on because the ones on it weren't working properly by bill himself we get it home after a month of problems to find out the jacks don't work paid big money for them he wasn't honest he didn't return our calls no it took forever to get her in maine the roof is leaking like a sieve and the jacks don't work he couldn't take five minutes to go over the camper with us as far as I'm concerned we wastes 290000 so un happy with this place never again be careful what you buy from here read more

Got a repair for the roof done on my motorhome. While it was there I also told him that the outside faucet leaked at the valves - not at the sprayer. Took it home. Realized he simply replaced the sprayer with a new one (about 8 bucks) and charged me $50 for it - literally screw the old one off and screw the new one on. My total repair bill came to about $2550. I called Bill to say the leak was not only not fixed, but that they didn't even address it at all. Said I'd like the $50 back for a fix he didn't fix. Bill became belligerent. This guy was willing to lose a customer over $50. This is not the person you should ever go to for RV repairs. It's one thing when everything goes smoothly - sorta like car salesmen. If they sell you a car with no issues, they get a good review. But it's when things go wrong that you really see the kind of person they are. That's Bill. How he's still in business is beyond me. read more

I brought in my 2011 Fleetwood 36M for a multitude of repairs and service. From a windshield and mirror replacements, slide and compartment seals, generator and main engine service, lighting systems, shocks and suspension upgrades, etc. My RV was tied up for 5 months. The generator and engine service was never done. There was windshield adhesive on my bucket seats. My mirrors were not secured and slipped out of view as I drove down the highway. They broke a rear air bag when replacing the shocks and told me it was not their responsibility. They ran up my generator hours and killed my house batteries. And last but not least, it turned out that they F-d up the wiring to my lights. So when I turned on my headlights my directionals wouldn't work. This place is a nightmare! Do yourself a huge favour and drive on by "Bill's RV Service Inc." Some way to treat a disabled veteran. Or anyone else for that matter. read more

I was a little nervous to take my PopUp to Bills RV because of two bad reviews but took a chance because there were a lot more good reviews than bad, and sometimes there's just no pleasing some people. Took our camper in for a furnace repair. Bill was able to take our camper in right away and had the furnace fixed in time for our camping trip a few days later. So happy we got the furnace fixed because temps went down to the 30°'s at night. Furnace worked beautifully all weekend. Bill's prices seemed fair and he charged by the 1/4 hour which I don't think everyone does. Will definitely being our camper to Bill again in the future. read more

HORRIBLE !! STAY AWAY !!! purchased an RV from him and January and it took 4 months to get the title. Once I got the title finally he did not supply me with the correct paperwork and when I called to get the information so it could be completed without having to go there and deal with him again he refused. Showed it to me in a dark garage so I could not see all the damage that was really wrong with it. I would never suggest anyone dealing with this place or Bill himself. He is a little troll and is very deceptive. After all the run around I called the original owners of my unit and found out he gave them problems as well. He just lies and lies :( read more

Went to Bill's on recommendations from a neighbor. Fixed our water leakage problem for our Class C that other national rv centers could not. If your looking for bells and whistles - go to the large service centers. If you want a problem fixed without drama and inflated prices, give Bill a try. read more

This is the worst place to take your trailer. You will end up spending the entire day there. The owner is not at all friendly and can get testy if he doesn't like what you have to say. I will never take my unit there again. read more

Bill, Doreen, and all staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When I first went to Bill's RV the technician there really talked Bill up as a honest man who would never sell a non inspectable RV. I should known something wasn't right when it was advertised as a 2005 and went down from there and was titled as a 2003. When it was being inspected the engine light came on and they read the code, must be a faulty code, so they cleared it. I later found out it was the manifold that needed to be replaced. As I was ready to take the unit for the very first time the seat belt did not work, must of just happened so I had to pay half, $125.00. I still did not learn my lesson. This year I made an appointment in March for a state inspection and new LP tank; to be done in May to give them time to get a LP tank. They did not order a tank and after I called Bill about it he ordered a tank and said it would save me money but it almost cost me double because it did not have the right fittings and it took them hours to fabricate them. I left there happy to have a tank and inspection only to have the front breaks lock up 1200 miles away in Georgia. So much for there break inspection. I called them about the situation and the last thing his scheduler said to me was, well it's an older unit and those things happen but do what you have to do, so this is it. A bad review and am looking for an honest repair facility. read more
