Very disappointing experience for my sons Birthday I had a B'Day party event at the Anaheim Billy Beez for my 5 year old son on Sunday December 18th between 11am - 1pm. Due to large amount of guest, we were told by Billy Beez customer service to make two separate reservations. So I made 2 separate reservations to get a bigger room. We had placed 9 combo packages (2 pizza + soda pitchers) = 18 pizzas + soda. However the staff could only make 8 pizzas for our party during our scheduled event between 11am - 1pm. The service was very slow. Most of the pizzas that even got delivered were burnt. Guests would open and close the pizza boxes looking at how burnt they were. Since we had to vacate the room at 1pm, we did not receive the remaining 10 pizzas. We had paid for 35 kids and 43 adults. However, due to Spike in Covid 19 and the flu many of the parents cancelled before the event. We had 24 kids and 30 adults show up. When I was doing the booking the Billy Beez customer rep said that if you have less people show up just call the corporate number (347) 640-1126 and they can adjust it. I was able to get hold of someone on Dec 20th, 2022 after calling the number for 2 days. It would always go on recording and even after leaving a message no one would call me back. They told me to email at Customerservice@retailgroupamerica.com. Also on the day of the event, instead of enjoying my son's party, I had to constantly go back and ask them for basic necessities like forks, spoons, napkins, plates and cups which were to be provided by Billy Beez. My guest barely ate, and it was an embarrassment hosting a party here. The room provided did not have enough seating space for all the guest to sit and eat. Billy Beez Anaheim were understaffed on the event day. They overpromised and underdelivered. What could have been a memorable event feels like an embarrassing event without food for guest. All the questions and concerns related to the party are suppose to go to the corporate office and Its almost impossible to reach the customer service. After sending them an email for 2 weeks no one responded. Then someone called Roxy called and left a voicemail. They asked me to call back at (347) 802-6385. I have called this number multiple times for 2 weeks, most of the time the Voicemail was full. Certain times I could leave my number and still no one would call me back. The customer service was the worst I have seen for a company. My next option would be to file a BBB complaint to get a refund. This place was meh. The general play area structures were spacious, large, and well maintained. The area with the balls barely had any balls to use because they were scattered throughout the entire facility. There was no enforcement of keeping bigger kids out of the small kids and toddler play area. A big kid came running around the corner in The Toddler Play Zone and knocked my kid to the ground. The Toddler Play Zone was very sparse; some rooms were completely empty with no toys at all. The small kids play area was a mess because the bigger kids were there playing with and moving the structures around. These areas were supposed to be designated for toddlers and smaller kids but it was definitely not safe with the big kids playing roughly in the area. My kids were asking to leave Billy Beez within an hour. The entrance fee and parking costs definitely were not worth our time and level of enjoyment here. Other indoor playgrounds have lower entrance fees, allow people to bring their own socks, and allow 1 free adult with each paid child. Billy Beez required everyone to purchase their socks and had an admission fee for parents. Take your parking stub in because they validate parking; it'll give you 1 hour free parking with validation, $4 per any portion of every 1 hour after. read more

Celebrated my son Xaviers 3rd b day party and it was a great choice to pick Billy bees to be the place to host it. Kids loved the whole facility, and room size is accordingly as well. I was able to add on three pizzas as well throughout the time we were there which means they are really flexible. Staff came by and made rounds to assure everything was fine, our party was from 330pm-530pm. Staff had great customer service and were very accommodating. My friends daughter hosted a birthday party here for her daughter. There were some concerns expressed about set up and review of date of event details that staff did not carry out right. Party goers ended up helping my friend set up and clean up after. From a guest point of view, I really like the large event space. located in gardenwalk. There is usually events on the weekend. Lots of shops and outdoor vendors which makes it fun. The only downfall is even with validation, you art paying $10 for parking. read more

I use to come here when my little one was 3-4 yrs old. Now that little one is 11. Now that we have a new little one we decided to give this place try. We all had so much fun. My new little one is 18 months old and super active. This was perfect. We visited during the week so it was not crowded at all. We were able to experience everything without bumping arms. The slides and the ball pit was a huge hit. BUT! My now 11 year old use to love the little pretend city they have in the middle of the play house. It use to be stocked with fake grocery's, shopping carts, and a ton of little pretend city toys that went with each rooms theme. The rooms had no theme and no more toys that they use to have stocked. It was just balls and a few random toys. Although my 18month old had fun. This part was very DISAPPOINTING since I remember how this section use to look like. I believe we paid $13 for our little one, $4 for the first parent, and $6/7 for the second parent. They offer 1 hour validation for visiting Billy Beez, and the parking structure gives you an additional hour for free. After that it's $4 each hour. We had fun I do remember. read more

Very rude management. It honestly seems like they do not care if costumers walk away. They charge an extra almost 7$ for socks for 2 toddlers!! I said they have grippy socks they said they have to have billy beez socks. I told them they should mention that or add it to the entrance fee and include the socks but no one should pay an extra fee for mandatory socks! I wanted to write this review based on the customer service...honestly two of the nicest guys were working at Billy Beez today and I just wanted to give them a shout out. It was my first time coming here with my 2.5 year old - who has been asking to go ever since Billy Beez was on Blippi. I had read a ton of reviews of this place - everything from great to not so great. This place was very clean. A lot of the pretend play stuff is missing, but honestly we came for the slides and play equipment. We got there early...we drove from Huntington beach. Anyways, I know better than to ever arrive early anywhere with a toddler haha. The super nice guy working in front saw me outside with my son and let us in a little early. Little stuff like that is so huge. Most places won't even look at us til it's opening time on the dot. He saw I was pregnant and chasing my very energetic two year old back and forth through the court yard and totally helped a mom out. Also, when we were inside the food court was closed and I'm sure the guys working there could hear my toddler having a meltdown bc he wanted a slurpee. One of the attendants found me and told me he could get my son a slurpee. We were there for about 2.5 hours. Had an absolute blast. It was not crowded at all. Asked about prices - the front told me $20 for kids $7 per adult Socks are required and $4 each We were about to pay when a family of 4 walked in for a party. The host went to help them which took 15 minutes - all would've been fine but in those 15 min a bunch of other families all walked in as well. Even though we were next in line the front desk receptionist wanted to help everyone else but us. She said "we're short staffed and I have to prioritize them because they paid" What BS! Given her speed, we would've be expected to wait another 30min. - it is not the customers responsibility to take care of you for being short staffed - we are not walking in for free - we are also paying customers. Not sure why this place has 3 reviews because i loved it! This place is located inside Anaheim Garden Walk so be sure to go prepared for a bit of a walk depending where you park and to pay for parking. Dont forget Billy Bees validates parking so be sure to show your receipt before leaving! This place is great for even a couple of hours to have your kids entertained. Theres so much for them to do. They offer snacks, food and drinks. You do have to buy socks from the place itself but its really not that bad. The only thing i wish they had was a little something for the parents while they watch the kids IF youre not busy up in the play house with them. They allow foe the parents to be running around with your child so thats really good incase they get stuck or are scared to climb/slide down. The play areas looked unorganized and understocked, play mats were disconnected and it was not a very pleasant experience (she showed me video). They were only there for about an hour because of how run down it was. I don't think it's too much to ask of a kids indoor playspace to keep things cleaned and stocked. Place is huge but definitely can use a lot of work. I agree with the other reviews that the place definitely needs to be cleaned. Looks like it hasn't been clean in months. It's pretty dark in here compared to other playgrounds. The girl in the front was on her phone the whole time sitting down the whole 2 1/2 hours I was there. I have a 3 year old son so indoor playgrounds are essential. I always try taking him to different spots to play new things. After reading a couple of reviews, I was a bit hesitant but decided to go anyways. The girl ar the front register had major attitude. I had to greet HER because she declined to even acknowledge my presence haha... The slides were the most fun. They have several different ones throughout the entire playground with different height levels. They had ball pits and some cannons/ guns that shoot balls but not all were working. The Honey Comb village has a lot of potential but it hardly had any toys for the kids to play with so it was more of a ghost town, if anything. The toddler area was pretty nice. Overall my son had fun but I think there's definitely much better playgrounds out there for the same amount of money. read more

Playground is great but if you ever wanted to have a birthday party here just be aware that the service is horrible!!! We booked the room from 11am-1pm - we didn't get any food until 12:30pm (as soon as we checked in we told them we need the food to be in the room around 12pm) and we was told that we need to leave the room by 1pm for the next party?!? Such a rush and bad experience! Btw this is the second time we booked the birthday party with them - last time the food was delivered to the room super late as well but there was no party behind ours so we got to stay at the room much longer. First let me start by saying this was my first and last time coming here. We thought we would let our son play some and burn off some energy before getting on the road. To call this place dirty is an understatement. The bathrooms were dirty. Some toilets were clogged the floors throughout the place looked like they haven't been cleaned in ages. The place was empty we saw one other family there and only one employee our entire time there. We asked to purchase something to drink for our son and the gal up front said she couldn't help us because she couldn't leave her station, she suggested we leave and get a drink elsewhere and return. Was shocked that a business wouldn't have other employees or ways to assist customers who want to spend money in their establishment. The gal upfront was wearing her AirPods and simply sat upfront looking down at her cellphone the entire time. I get the place was pretty empty but still. Suggestions to potential customers go elsewhere, sure it has slides but some are semi broken and rundown. I suggest the owners hire more employees and not simply have "one" employee for the entire place. You're simply losing money by not being able to provide customers with assistance or opportunities to purchase snacks or beverages. Also please clean the floors your business had just opened when we arrived and the state of the floors and bathroom should not have been what they were. read more

Wanted to take my kids to indoor playground before my oldest son is back to school next week. We usually go to Candeeland but my kids decided to try here. I gave one star for the fun slides but the entire place is SUPER DIRTY as like we play on the street! Many people are walking with their shoes into the play area, while the kids are playing with their hands and feet on the ground! So because we were making the drive to Cali we decided we would take them! They were so excited! It's was just after 10am right when they opened. I paid about $75 for me, my husband and 3 children to spend our time there. My son knew exactly where he wanted to go first and that was honey comb village. After opening the door the toys were EVERYWHERE! IT WAS A MESS! He was so disappointed nothing was in its place and NOTHING was on the shelves it was literally just empty rooms... Our 4-year-old's pre-school had their final field trip to Billy Beez a while back (4/8/19). All of the kids seemed to enjoy the freedom of running up one area of the maze only to scream with glee down a slide at a totally different section. If your kid is a fast runner, climber, jumper, etc. like mine, you will lose sight of them in a snap. And SHAZAM... you see them clear on the other side of the room. Without cheating by looking at their website, I'm not sure how much an approximately 3-hour visit let alone an entire day is as our pre-school included the bus ride there and back to Downey with their total ($18). For lunch, each kid got some juice and one slice of pepperoni pizza. Good thing my daughter just wanted to eat as fast as she could to get out and play again because she can eat a bit more on a normal basis. Their restrooms were "ehhhhhhh"... this is partly because the floors were grimy from parents that were wearing shoes and parents (like me) that participated in the obstacle shenanigans and wear only allowed to wear socks (no shoes) in the playground area... which leads me to my TIP: This is why I brought a plastic bag to throw our dirty socks in at the end of our play time and extra socks for the road. read more

It's hard to find your kids here at times. +1 Lots of slides & places to run around & play. +1 They require socks so be sure you bring socks (adults & kids/babies) or you will have to pay for a pair of cheap socks for $2. I had to watch my niece while my sister had to go to a conference. My friend had recommended this place to me. This place was so worth it. My mom was with me so seniors were free with paid child. First of all I have been coming here for over 10 years, since they first opened with all my children, nieces and nephews. Today I had the worst experience I have ever had. The employee was rude and not helpful. Made us repeat waivers, even though I am a repeat customer (I come on a weekly basis), and completed them both on the phone and on the onsite computer. When asked about the socks, I showed him the 4 Billy beez socks I brought since I am a repeat customer. As he argued with us about entry packs and tickets, I have a 10 pack for both my daughters but he stated that it is only good per children and wanted to charge for more adults even though we were paying for 4 children. We just went ahead and paid for whatever he was wanting to charge, he proceeded to ask about the socks again. I had already showed him the socks and he could clearly see the kids had the socks on them. I proceeded to ask what the problem was since he continued to be rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, he stated he was the manager and refused to give me his name or how to contact corporate. He finally said his name was Ramon, but upon asking other employees it turns out his name is Jaime Flores. This is beyond upsetting. Not only were we not provided with decent customer service but we were lied to about contacting upper management and who his name was. Overall great experience here. Booked a party room and had a large group of family and friends show up. Rooms can be converted to accommodate different group sizes, and the room comfortably fit all. Set up was taken care of, we walked in, reviewed the contract and the staff guided us through the entire process, which was very easy. PLAY STUFF The place itself is huge! I love that the structures don't go too high and parents can stay outside the play structure and still easily keep an eye on their kiddos. Its also big enough to go up in the structure with them and not be hunched over all the time. There's at least a dozen different slides and the kids loved them ALL! Toddler space is great for little ones and the mini town was pretty cool. They have mini basketball hoops (7') and soccer goals down below the play structure, which kept our sports addicts entertained. Structure itself looks well taken care of and did not smell or appear to be dirty. The whole place was as clean as you can expect a playground full of snot nosed kids could get. BATHROOMS Went in after being there for a few hours and it smelled cleaned. You can tell the staff take pride in keeping it clean. I did notice the stand up urinals were 4 different heights to accommodate younger kiddos. FOOD: Pizza and Chicken Tenders. Pizza was delicious. Dough was fluffy and crust was crispy. Pepperoni pizza had minimal pepperoni on it, but kids and adults loved it. Chicken Tenders don't have a stellar appearance, but the flavor was really good. Not the cheapest place, but everyone had a great time and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. The staff were incredibly helpful with all of our party needs. Have only come once to check it out because my son wants to have his birthday at an indoor playground. I don't know what some of these parents are expecting from a place like this - it's going to be a little dirty, the kids are going to be feral (its' not the employees fault that parents aren't parenting), the food is going to suck.
