Was really disappointed in our last visit here to see Dustin lynch. We bought seats at a table I wanted to be able to see him closer and not worry about people standing in the way. We got 15min into show and people start standing in chairs I figured no big deal they are just wanting a quick video, nope literally the rest do his show people standing up and in their chairs that no matter how I maneuvered around or even stood to catch some pictures and videos We couldn't see. For as much as we paid for our tickets i was super disappointed. Dustin Lynch was special anniversary date and because cowboys and angels was our first dance. As a visitor from LA, I have to experience the true Texas experience in Fort Worth and what better place in Fort Worth is the best for that than going to Billy Bob's where I can learn the square dance and the Texas two-step lottery tickets. I came here on Thursday night because it's College Night and college students get in free even with my CA college ID, so friggin dope! Oh my God it's so Texan I got what I wanted her at Billy Bob's. I hope to find my cowboy in shining saddle because everyone here is like seriously hot and cool but I'm too shy to approach them as a socially-awkward Californian lol At least I tried to the square dancing on the dance floor where all the gals got together and I don't wanna miss that opportunity. Wish I have more courage to ask one of the dudes or dudettes out to dance the two step or whatever dance you guys dance with one guy and one gal together on the dance floor, ha ha! We visited Billy Bob's for the first time on New Year's Eve to see Cole Swindell. The place was packed. It was a good show, and we plan to return. Tip: Bring cash to buy drinks. The overworked bartender charged me $22 for a beer and a bottled water. It was likely an honest mistake. I caught the error, and he reversed the charge. Still, it would have been easier if I had just dropped cash on the bar. read more

Giant honkeytonk, but the worst concert venue I've ever been to. If you get General Admission you probably can't even see the band. Then, the most recent show I went to, I payed a premium for "premium pit", and there was another section in front of us that was no where on any ticket map. Was informed it was for "country club" members. But point is, you get ripped off no matter what ticket you buy. So avoid this place for any show you actually care about. If you just want a place to hangout it's fine I guess, but they won't ever get anymore of my business. And please don't travel from out of town for a concert or you will be disappointed. read more

they advertise at the rodeo next door that since you purchased tickets to the rodeo you can then get free tickets to Billy Bobs that night. I went there with my family after the rodeo and was immediately asked for my card and charged full price for the show. I then showed them my rodeo tickets for the free tickets. they said "sorry, no refunds". I felt totally tricked and my money taken. thus is the worst customer service I have ever seen. they were honesty laughing at me from behind the glass. read more

We came on Ladies night (which is Wednesday) and free line dancing. This was my first time here so I wanted to experience as much as possible. We headed in and was amazed with all the different things you can do here. There was a little shop inside to shop for clothes or memorabilia. I was really excited to see you can take photos with the bull also. My friends showed me they also had the option of riding the mechanical bull, but since there was a private event we couldn't. We headed to the dance floor area when they asked those who were there to learn line dancing. Immediately, the floor got packed! I couldn't see the instructor with the large crowd. After 5-10 minutes my friends and I decided to sit and watch which was a huge bummer! I suggest getting a spot up front if you decide to do line dancing. We enjoyed our server who was friendly and helpful. Beers were a bit on the pricey side. For 3 domestic beers it came up to $20. They had food venues inside, but we passed on them. Arcade, billiards, and a large space for concerts was also inside this place. There is so much to see here and it was fun! It is worth a visit in my opinion! read more

I've been to Billy Bob's many times, but apparently never before for an oversold show, like Flatland Cavalry last night. We arrived around 930 and the line of several hundred people, several blocks long and snaking way deep into the back parking lot, looked to be more than the venue's capacity. This, mind you, for a show where the music had already been scheduled to start a half hour earlier. Too cold to stand in line for an hour and a half to (MAYBE) catch the last couple of songs - we stood in line 20 minutes, until very shortly before Flatland Cavalry was scheduled to take the stage, and the massive line barely moved. This venue is GROSSLY under-equipped to handle a full (or, in this case, what had to be an over-full) crowd. We ate the $50 for the two tickets & went home. SHAME on you, Billy Bob's!!! read more

DO NOT allow your adolescents to go here - even with adults. They will not be safe. Last night my twenty year old daughter went to Billy Bob's Texas in Dallas with a group of adults for a concert. She was seated next to individuals of legal drinking age (in their 40's) and the table had become filled with drinks. A waitress approached my daughter and asked her how old she was. My daughter is extremely shy. She wasn't doing anything wrong. Her drink was non-alcoholic. She panicked and told the waitress she was 21, but immediately backtracked and said "no, I'm twenty." The waitress forced her to leave the premises and made it clear she would need to go no matter whether an adult went with her or not. My daughter did not have a vehicle there. She is 5"1 and weighs 100lbs. Forcing a small adolescent female with no transportation to leave a bar in the dark of night where men are drinking put her safety in jeopardy. Thankfully the adults she was with (parents of her college roommate) were outraged. They complained to management and left as well because management would not intervene, despite the ludicrous nature of the situation and the potential danger it posed to my daughter. There was no reason for the waitress to approach my daughter in the first place. She was with middle-aged adults and breaking no laws. That woman and the management put my daughter in a potentially dangerous situation without cause. There was no reason for the approach, let alone the removal from the premises (for which the woman engaged the off duty police officers and terrified my daughter). Fortunately this assault only resulted in the ruination of the evening for my daughter, her roommate, and her roommate's parents. If her roommate's parents hadn't left with my daughter the night could have ended in a tragedy - for no reason. read more

We went to billy bob's Texas for dinner and dancing. The dancing was fun, and the band was ok. The food I had was yuck, ribs tasted like they were reheated with barbecue sauce dumped on it, the pulled pork tasted like dish soap and barbecue sauce. Coleslaw was out of a container and the rolls were store bought. Lets just say not worth the 40.00 we spent on 2 dinners and 2 beers. World largest Honkey Tonk. I would say that's about right, this place is huge. Bars everywhere, different floors, you can get lost here. This is our second time here and it was a good time. Even though I haven't known any of the artists performing here, it is still cool to listen to them and watch everyone all excited to sing along to the songs. There is something for everyone here, there's all different kinds of food, pizza, popcorn, burgers, meat, salads, you name it they has it; games of pool, drinks, a mechanical bull photo op, literal bull riding with stadium seating, lots of bars.... it is definitely a cool place and somewhere you have to check out during your stay here. I can see why it's so popular and an attraction. The place is huge and has just about everything a honky tonk should have:rodeo, worlds largest belt buckle, professional picture opportunity on a fake (but very real looking) bull, free line dancing lessons, concerts and great music! I understand they were able to reopen as a restaurant but they certainly treat you like you're in a tourist trap bar. My wife and I went to a concert there a few weeks ago and we're just amazed at how rude the staff was. We pulled our masks down to drink and eat and twice a posse of fat and geriatric bouncers yelled at us to put our masks on. When they weren't yelling at people trying to eat they were kicking people off the dance floor. We left early and won't go back. Want to see a live music? This ain't the place. read more

This was the worst experiance I have ever had going out in my life. We went here with a group of 7 for my little sisters 21st birthday party Saturday January 16th I paid to park for the day I realized when I got in that it said my parking expired at 1159pm so after me being there about 30 minutes I had two beers and went back out to pay for over night parking so in total I spent 30 dollars for parking I told the lady watching the door what I was doing. When I walked back in she told me I am to drunk and have to leave because she seen me stumble. It was very unprofessional and I feel like i was robbed. I will never again visit this place. The staff are unprofessional and this is not the way you treat paying customers period. Great music, so much to do, food and drinks were great. A must when visiting the Fort Worth area

My brother and I went here during his visit to Dallas/FT. worth at the recommendation of a coworker. The venue was fantastic. We got in early around 5pm, which only cost $2 each, and we were permitted to stay as late as we wanted. We ended up staying until midnight because Billy Bob's had so much to do--like an adult arcade or mini amusement park. We went to the gift shop, played in the arcade, played pool, ate at the BBQ, watched the bull riding, watched the concert, had drinks, tried the pizza and more. All in, it was a fantastic and inexpensive multi-hour journey. I highly recommend it to those visiting the area looking for things to do. read more

Billy Bobs has decided To monopolize due to COVID. This is disappointing. You can no longer get a GA ticket and expect to see. Apparently they still let you stand along the sides but you have to buy a higher priced ticket. This place is a lot of fun! We visited "The World's Largest Honky Tonk" with a group of 7 friends on a Friday night and it did not disappoint. We ordered tickets to the Sam Riggs concert weeks In advance for the pit. If you're buying tickets for a concert, I'd definitely recommend pit area because GA is too far from the actual stage for my liking. We watched the concert for an hour or so and then walked around the place. There's so much to see and do in one honky tonk. The place really is massive! Way bigger than I imagined it to be. You can play pool, drink, watch live bull riding (for a little extra $), watch a concert, and or eat! There's a dance floor for two stepping as well, but not many ppl were on it during the concert since it was a little more rock and a little less country. read more

We got kicked out about a month ago because we we didn't wear our masks the entire time. And neither was everyone else. Weird. Our group of 3 people were standing alone at one of the several bars and were rudely asked to put out masks on. We protested saying there is no one else even close to us. My company choose Billy Bob's for an evening event, last week and we were seated in the Guitar room for our meal and drinks. There were about 40 of us, and our dinner was served buffet style. We had a choice of 2 types of enchiladas, beans, cheese filled jalapenos, rice, chips, salsa and sopapillas for desert. Their Tex Mex style of food is delicious. It was plentiful, hot and good! If you hold an event here, the guitar room is the way to go. Centrally located, and right outside is the pool tables and dance floor and stage. We had a few of the gals teaching us line dancing and they were patient and fun was to be had by all. This was my first time in Fort Worth and they made us all feel welcome The chicken enchiladas we're so good, nit overly spicy, and very filling. The Mexican rice, beans and chips and salsa with guacamole was outstanding as well. I felt all the staff was friendly and went out of the way to help you feel at home. As expected, this place is huge. It's $3 cover to enter (not bad at all) and they check your ID at the door. This was so pointless. You'll be asked for your ID again at the bar (ours were checked by the same guy that checked them at the door), and there is no age minimum. When we went, there were toddlers inside. There's a tiny corner for food, and you have to either find a table (not happening) or stand there and wait for them to call your number because if they don't see you on first glance, they just take the food back to the kitchen. The drinks are pricy, but not more than I'd expect at what boils down to a tourist attraction. I think we'll find an actual local bar next time. read more

We had an out of town guest who was visiting Fort Worth for the first time. He wanted to go to Billy Bob's so on Saturday night off we went. If you park in the huge parking lot it's $5, valet parking is $10. On the night we went it was $20 at the door, general admission. Billy Currington was performing. If you enjoy country music, beer, line dancing and pool you will definitely enjoy Billy Bob's. You can also pose for pictures on a fake bull or watch bull riding on real bulls for $4 a ticket. The food choices we found were pizza or barbecue. We went with barbecue. The brisket and pulled pork were delicious with generous portions. The coleslaw was really good and the green beans weren't that great at all. They could have used seasoning. Seriously. At least salt and pepper. As far as patrons, Billy Bob's attracts all ages. 8 years old to 80. Not kidding, we did see an elementary school kid with his parents. We enjoyed the experience and would definitely go back. read more

I love Billy Bobs. We go for the music and ambience. (Kind of a fancy word for Billy Bob's). We haven't tried any food there but the concerts include many artists we like. Our server was very attentive so despite the size of the place and the crowd our drinks were served promptly. If your a fan of country, especially red dirt, pick a concert night and buy some tickets.
