The biggest problem that I see that Chris Courter, the owner, faces is his inability to listen to the customer and have a civil discourse and choose a logical path forward that everyone agrees to. Instead he is a get in get out get the cash and run kind of operator. And then there is always the, "I will need to get more money for that" change order approach so be prepared. Oh and whatever you do, do not pay him until he is done to your satisfaction otherwise you may not see the all the work done or the money you paid returned. At least that was our experience. His attitude when the customer does not agree with him turns defensive and he becomes very curt and disrespectful. I know there will be no "after the installation" return to fix any problems that may occur as he is unreachable once he has flipped that switch. Judging from the negative reviews here and on Google we are not the only ones to experience his, "Customer Service". Look for yourself. Needless to say we do NOT recommend this company but please do your own research.

He is a perfectionist and makes sure every detail of your stone and grout is looking as if it was just placed for the first time in your home. It makes SUCH a difference ! He dropped his card to us while coming around the neighborhood and we are so glad he did ! We gave him a call and he was responsive and available to come for an estimate a few days after the call. He let us know upfront he had a few jobs lined up so would be a week or two out for an appointment but swung by just to see the tile and extent of cleaning we needed. He Explained his process and does not feed you BS and is straight forward. He gave us a few options of cleaning/sealing and estimates for the floors. Reasonably priced as this is no quick job. It's a process. And a hard working one at that ! I think it took almost 4 hours just for a section of the floor/area we had cleaned. After he left, we thought, damn, should've had the whole floors done but the front area to the door and where the dogs are needed the most TLC for now. We definitely need and will be getting the rest of the house done. We know Matthew has a few large jobs for the next few weeks and we have some plans to make an appointment with him within the next month-two to do the rest of the floors. Really people, it's maybe not your top priority but just by cleaning the stone, it really can make such a difference for your home and protect what's there for a longer time than you think. I requested an outlet to be installed in a bathroom, they told me they may have to make a cut out a…read moresmall hole where the ceiling and the wall meet, I said ok that will be fine. I step out to do an errand and I come back and there are three holes in the wall two additional holes in my wall which were not authorized, and they didn't even save the sheet rock patch to fix the access holes. They charged me 1,100.00 to install one outlet next to the toilet. I had to hire a repair person to patch and paint the all three holes in the wall which cost 778.00. I have gone back and forth which C.W. Fisher to negotiate the invoice and have still not come to a sensible amount but they insist on full payment. Total job cost for one outlet = 1,878.00 Buyer beware, find another electrical company to do your project.

I had a fairly complex problem that required systematic isolation to uncover the faults. He was able to identify a faulty hot line, one of six on two different circuits, that was shorting out because of water in the underground conduit as well as a broken neutral line with an internal break with no outward physical indication of damage. I was up and running again in less that three hours. Truly remarkable work. In my competent handyman opinion, you will be unable to find a better electrician than C W Fischer and Isaias Bagz.
