Shortly before the plumbers arrived, Amy called me to let me know they were on their way & gave me their names. They arrived within the timeframe I was given. Our toilets stopped flushing properly the night before. (Thank God this didn't happen on a Friday night.). I told the plumbers what was going on and they quickly assessed that there was a problem with the main line. They were able to snake it from the cleanout line outside and didn't have to get up on the roof. After they were done, they asked me to flush the toilets to make sure they were fine and asked me again to flush them to make sure nothing came back up. The whole process only took around 30 min. I would recommend J&J if you are in the need of a plumber!

He arrived 5 minutes early and repaired our broken outdoor faucets (hose bibs), one of which was broken off within the wall. He did not hesitate when we requested that he reroute one of the faucets with copper pipes to a more convenient location. Alex has a friendly demeanor and does not mind explaining what he is doing. Emil Kuchar, the owner, was very prompt at returning my phone calls and was more than fair with the pricing. We shopped around and got quotes from 3 additional local plumbing companies, and Kuchar Plumbing was by far the cheapest. By comparison, the most expensive quote we got was more than 5 times what Kuchar Plumbing charged us. And let me reiterate that Alex finely tailored the location of the copper pipes EXACTLY where we wanted it without the slightest hint of frustration. We will definitely stick with Kuchar Plumbing in the future. UPDATED REVIEW 11/03/23: We recently had our second experience with Alex from Kuchar Plumbing, this time on a replacement water heater install. Turns out the old owners must have had the fridge on the other side of the kitchen where a waterline used to be. We just bought a brand new fridge so we called to have a water line run to the fridge. They came out, worked fast, clean, and were friendly. They were able to run the waterline through the ceiling and in less than an hour they were done and cleaned up. It's so nice to have things running the way they're supposed to. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, well priced plumber. Thankfully I don't need any other plumbing work done, but, when the time comes, I know who I'll be calling.
