The Slaw was a vinegar slaw that was a little heavy on the onion and celery seed, while the Baked Beans were sweet and tangy, some ketchup and mustard and I'm guessing but I taster Tamarind, delicious . The flavor, bark and seasonings were all good. The ribs were seasoned good and had a great taste. They fell apart easily (although I prefer a slight tug) and didn't seem to have much smoke in them. Both sides were great. I forgot to check for deserts. I think this is a staple in the area that a lot of folks have connected with.
