The bologna, and hot links were outstanding. Great service, very friendly, and the smoker was rollin when I pulled up. The Black Southern Gospel music in the background made this a religious experience. Thank you Jesus for good food and great people to serve it.

Based on this experience, well, I can't imagine visiting in person. First the order. The intent was to have brisket with cole slaw and baked beans. The Togo container was conveniently labeled as CB CS & BB. When I opened the container a miracle had occurred and the sides the Lord decided I needed were potato salad and okra. And now the food. The chopped brisket is a mound of dry chopped meat mush, probably sauced but hard to tell, and fully lacking the smoky umami expected of BBQ. Holy Smokes there's no smoke. It's as if they borrowed their recipe and process from the Muskogee High School cafeteria. The sauce is interesting but not good. Not at all good. It has a hint of being like the Knotty Pines when that was open in Sand Springs but it's a poor quality mimeograph. Clearly made in house but by far not the best sauce in Muskogee, I gave praise that there was so little. The potato salad was a Glorified Side, but in that ironic sarcastic way that says purchased at Walmart in a 5 pound container. A friend had cole slaw, probably a convenience slaw, possibly a homemade dressing. But a common cole slaw with little to recommend it. The okra was excellent, but that's an expectation in Oklahoma. For $13.00, it was an $8.00 meal with untoasted bread. This was by far one of the least impressive BBQ meals I have ever had and I've had BBQ all over Oklahoma and Texas. So extremely disappointing and my money will be saved for somewhere that has basic BBQ down. Ok so now after writing this far I've learned (because my party ate in different locations in the office for social distancing) that the labels on several of the to go containers were wrong and I likely got pulled pork - which is so freaking disgusting and something I would never order or eat had I known and I'm going to go throw up. GAH. Absolutely unacceptable.

It's extremely affordable and delicious. The sandwich buns are so good, and the Cajun slaw on any sandwich is the best. I had a Monday special today for lunch. 2 fully loaded chili cheese dogs, bag of chips, and a medium drink for $7.91. Perfect. Staff are quick and efficient. I've never eaten inside because it's a little tiny shop. But it's a great option for cheaper bbq or chili dogs than anywhere else in town!

Each must be perfectly separated. Or, if you must eat your food items from your plate in a certain order. One item at a time and only you can determine the proper order. The BBQ Sunday (Parfait) is NOT FOR YOU. It will short out, explode that OCD brain. The BBQ Sunday is utterly food chaos. I had to have it. In a 20oz drink cup, from bottom to top; BBQ beans, pulled pork, Cajun Slaw, potato salad, topped off with BBQ sauce and a pickle spear. In reverse order. Potato salad, very different, a startling texture. The potatoes are diced into very small cubes. Taste decent. The Cajun Slaw, spicey, unusual, excellent. The pulled pork very good. And finally, the beans, mixed with small chunks of smoked bologna. Good, but by the time I worked my way down to the beans I was stuffed. A rich filling cup of food. My wife had the Smoked Bologna sandwich. She's hooked. It comes with the Cajun Slaw. She liked the slaw as much as I did. The little BBQ shack is tiny. A small independently owned Pig Stand. If you know what that is. Check the video. Set up primarily for to go orders or eat on the picnic table out front. Inside, a bar circles the dining area with a few bar stools. Ambiance.....looks and smells like a BBQ joint inside. The food has a hint of Cajun influence. Friendly service. "The Slaw is the Law!" Try it.
