I thought their estimate for the work at my fourplex was fair because it was a huge job. I had them paint the exterior of the building which has four townhomes and also the decks of the fourplex. Friday even moved furniture off the decks because I wasn't given prior notice that he was coming early to give my tenants the heads up to remove their items. Freddy also repaired loose boards and replaced ones that were rotting. I was very satisfied with this company and their communication. I asked Freddy for a second quote on two more properties that I needed just trimwork repainted. However, I didn't feel their pricing was fair, compared to the other quotes I was receiving. I did end up contracting with my former painter on this job because his estimate was significantly less. Freddy was paid $2700 for the decks at my fourplex, but he wanted $4000 for trimwork on the current job. That wasn't working for me. I would try Freddy Painting again in the future to see if his quote would be fair like the first job. He did good work.

I had to delay the project a couple of times, but K&D followed up each time, confirming the date I eventually settled on and kept the project on track. She is incredibly patient, genuinely listens to her clients, and is incredibly thorough in ways I would have never thought of. Holly is really passionate about color and loves educating her clients on it, which is super helpful to understand the color process and what to look for.
