I had a great experience over the course of the last several days purchasing my 2016 Porsche Macan S. Dan Lee was my salesperson and I worked with Vivian once I stepped into the finance office. I was treated with respect every step of the way and enjoyed the conversations I had with Dan throughout the process, he made it a fun experience. Vivian got me a finance rate I was thrilled by (even better than my BECU rate which really surprised me!) and was an absolute pleasure to work with as well - I used to sell cars back in the day and people in finance are often very pushy with extras and extended warranties. I really appreciated that this was not the case this time around! If you find something you like here I would definitely recommend purchasing a used car from this dealership (or a new Ineos Grenadier, I didn't even know they had an allocation for these which is really cool!).

I bought a Porsche macan turbo from Elliot bay auto and the experience was excellent. This is the second time I've purchased a car from them and i highly recommend. Steve Lewis was on top of everything, offered a fair trade on my car and got me in and out of the dealership. On top of it, the car originally had one set of keys at purchase, but two months later Steve called me to tell me that they had found an extra set of keys! Way to follow up, it's truly appreciated.

My husband having been in the automotive industry for 39 years, he has seen a lot of great dealerships and tons more that are just horrible. Elliot Bay Auto Brokers will meet and exceed your expectations, especially if you are buying a car sight unseen from over 3000 miles away like we did. Our salesperson, Liz was phenomenal and was very attentive and responsive. The sales managers Kevin and Sean were very helpful and provided us the confidence to buy from them as we couldn't be there in person. Vivian in finance was professional and got the job done with perfection. The dealership also assisted us with taking the Mercedes-Benz to an independent automotive repair shop for a full pre-purchase unbiased inspection. We were so glad they offered this service and this gave us so much confidence in EBA. The car arrived to us in Florida in great condition and was exactly as described. Our car looks Brand New!!! We highly recommend them for all your luxury vehicle needs. We definitely are going to be calling Liz for our next purchase.

Overall experience with our sales rep Matt Rodhe was nothing but exceptional. He allowed my wife and I to test drive several different models that were on our shopping list without hesitation. If we could, I would give that part of our experience 5/5 stars. We came to Elliot Bay based on the experiences of our family (who purchased a 2021 GX460 from them weeks prior), co-workers and our car enthusiast group Avants. Typically, we would send any pre-owned vehicle that we are considering through a pre-purchase inspection either at Group 2 Automotive or Broadstroke Associates (for any BMW/Mini purchases), but based on the visual inspection, 30 minute test drive, and the reputation that the inventory at Elliot Bay Auto was the best of the best, we went ahead and purchased without going through the PPI process. Our mistake. As we were waiting for our turn in the finance office to sign paperwork, I spent some time going over the Cayenne again. A couple of items were discovered: 1) The BOSE audio system was inoperable. This was not due to a radio code but rather a faulty speaker amp. We brought this up to the manager James, and he was apologetic that this was missed during their in-house vehicle inspection and reconditioning. 2) As I was moving the vehicle around in the indoor garage, I noticed a hard shift from Reverse to Drive/Drive to Reverse. This was not present during our test drive. I'm assuming that once the fluids in the transmission warmed up that this issue became kore evident. As an enthusiast, I know that this is usually remedied by a simple ATF drain and fill. No biggie. After signing paperwork we were on our way home. This is when things started becoming progressively worse. Upon acceleration, the transmission was displaying signs of slipping and again hard shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear. I called my mechanic as well as Porsche of Bellevue, described the symptoms and both technicians were confident in stating that this 2016 Cayenne had a bad transfer case. Something that would have been impossible to miss if this vehicle was in fact inspected by Elliot Bay's in-house technicians. Luckily, Porsche had recently extended their warranty on the transfer cases in all Macans and Cayennes of this generation. However, we are now out of a vehicle until Porsche can service the vehicle and allocate a replacement transfer case. With the global delays in parts and shipping, we could possibly be out of a vehicle through the holidays. Elliot Bay refused to provide any sort of remediation in form of a loaner vehicle (even if it was a cheap wholesale trade in) until the repairs were sorted out. Lessons learned: 1) Don't trust the dealerships inspection and reconditioning process. 2) Pay for the third party pre-purchase inspection to save your family the headache. Yes, we were offered a warranty, but we believe in putting that money in an interest bearing account than financing it.

Elliott Bay is one of the best dealerships that I death with. I got my dream car from them which is unique and amazing car. They are very respectful kind honest and problem solving people. I got an Alpina B6 from them and a week later at the bmw dealership we count found find the keys for the hubcaps. Bmw coated me for $1800 to replace everything and I call the ElliotBay they didn't even question me. One of the managers said "don't worry if we didn't give you the keys we will definitely take of the cost"which they definitely did. I can't imagine if I got the car one of those iffy dealerships there is no way they would do anything about it and hey would simply deny it. So I definitely recommend you EBA because of the wonderful attitude management professionalism honesty and respect. Three of my friends got cars from them as well and we are all very happy. Zero problems. I'm beyond happy to deal with a dealership like EBA. Thank you guys very much

Gary Weiss was an amazing salesman. He has tons of luxury car knowledge and you can tell he loves to share. He listened to our wants and needs and found us exactly what we were looking for. It's nice to have a salesmen not try to push you into something you are uncomfortable with. The entire process was painless and everyone at EBA was very friendly. We will definitely buy another car from Gary @ EBA next time we have a need. Also we would definitely recommend using them to anyone looking for a quality used luxury car.

Felt insulted when I was handed a chit with "discount" written on it when I asked if there is a discount on the car being offered for sale.

While waiting, GM had a recall which affected our vehicle and we could not have it. We waited more. 1 month after buying the car, we finally picked it up. The salesman was horrible and did not want to go any setup features with us. He just wanted us to go. We started asking questions and forcing him to show some things like setting up OnStar. As we were about to leave my wife asked where the 2nd key was. He went and looked and came back and told us it was lost and they would order a new one. This salesman was horrible, rude and had terrible communication skills. Not at all the employee for a quality luxury line like Cadillac. I could get a better buying experience at a Nissan dealership. On the drive home the service tire light came on because they never calibrated the pressure sensors to the new wheels. Now it will have to go back for a service that should have been done when they installed the wheels. I gave them 2 stars only because we are loving the care so far. I would never use that dealership again.
