HOWEVER, once they fixed my window motor, I was not able to open that door. BUT, when I called them to explain the situation, they told me to bring it in and fixed it for free. It was a great shop and I recommend it because they're easy to talk to and they explain everything to the point to where you aren't wasting money. Be ADVISED! They were not able to take Credit Card or Debit payments on site because of an issue with fraud. So I had to pay through Cash App or Zelle. She had just had new tires installed and turns out something was wrong with the front one as a part had been installed in the wrong location and had become dislodged which was the sound we were hearing. We called at about 7:45 Monday morning and Kevin, the owner, was able to take our truck in right away. Our Ford diesel had a coolant leak, and after diagnosing the problem he carefully inspected the rest of the engine and discovered two additional hoses that were also failing. He ordered the correct parts from the Ford dealership and the staff at Elite Auto & Fleet took care of the parts installation. What really stood out was the customer service. Kevin personally drove us back to the KOA RV Park after we dropped the truck off, and then picked us up when the repair was finished. That kind of service is rare these days. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable about diesel engines, very personable, and clearly has his customers' best interests at heart. The price was very reasonable for diesel repair, and the work was completed quickly--we dropped the truck off Monday morning and were back on the road by about 10:00 AM Tuesday.
