I was recomended by a friend to this facility. talked to Fred over the phone and explained the problem that we have with one of our vehicles .our body shop replaced the head lamp assembly on a 2015 BMW(very expensive)some wires were damaged also. What an amazing service! Fred and his mechanics go above and beyond to make things right. I had several problems with my car. Fred fixed them at a reasonable price and timely manner. Instead of changing one part, he tested out sensors and relays. A relay was the problem and by doing that, it made it cheaper than changing the whole part. Car runs great. He is courteous and polite. I was at the Bimmers Clinic for a BMW Club meeting and brought over my '82 320 that was having issues passing SMOG. George had me pop the hood, and he pointed and different items that I should take a close look at and replace as they're common failure points when it comes to SMOG with this particular model. For taking that kind of initiative to someone that is not even a paying customer they get five stars in my book. Fred and his team really know their BMWs!! I am a first time BMW owner, and bought a preowned BMW convertible a few weeks ago. It was generally in great shape, but I was concerned about gas mileage. Fred knew all about my specific engine and model, and was very surgical in his approach to what was needed (and what wasn't, and what would be covered under warranty). What I also really loved was he was super transparent about diagnosing my car. I'm a curious person who learns quickly, but I know very little about cars, so it was really interesting and useful to have explained and shown to me exactly what was wonky and what was in great working order. The whole experience was like having your brother, who watches out for you AND also knows a heck of a lot about BMWs, take care of things!!! So I have to say, I have been getting ripped off at the BMW dealerships for many years. I have 7 series car that needed a new radiator the dealership that I went to wanted to charge me a ridiculously high price! I tried a few independent BMW shops in the past but the technicians in the shops I used i felt did not have the proper training, so I was concerned I would save money but in return I would get a poor job. Then a friend of mine told me about a shop called Bimmers Clinic, he has had nothing but good experiences and told me I should go over there to see Fred Badalian the new owner, he told me that he is a factory trained technician with more then 25 years experience and that he was the head technician in the last shop he worked at. I must say when I first went over to the shop I was very impressed with how clean and organized everything was you can tell Fred has his shop together in a very efficient way. I felt immediately that I was important to him. He took the time to explain what my car needed and talked me out of what he felt was unnecessary repairs at the time. I gave him the job to replace my radiator he charged me far less then the dealership and the job he did was top notch. The owner found other issues that required immediate attention. He took the time to specifically point out the issues by snapping a picture of it and highlighting the problem without pressuring me to move forward with the fix. I have a general understanding of my car so I knew he wasn't bullshitting. This shop and owner has earned my trust and I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future. My X5 E70 had rod bearing issues and was making loud noise due to oil starvation caused by oil pump malfunction. After getting tired of towing the car to 4 different shops (in both Santa Barabra and Ventura) and none of them could deliver what promised me over the phone, I called one place in Ventura and as soon as I explained my issue with the car he told me to take it to Bimmer Clinic. I called Fred right away and spoke for 15 mins and decided to tow the car to his place from Ventura. I received a call from him to confirm he received the car and since that day he was taking care of the car like his own, The car was picked up on Tuesday 10/11/22 and it runs better than before. The service was amazing, I only been to the shop twice. The first time to meet with Fred and check on the car and the second time to drive it back. 95% of the whole process was done over the phone it was a stress relief (Only owners who went through the process of replacing an engine will understand me) and kept me updated almost every 3/4 days (sending me pictures...)
