They insisted we pay for entire cart up front despite the fact that the sound bar was on back order. We did. We trusted them. Big mistake. It's now been months since delivery of cart (without the soundbar). When I call the salesman (initial "J") all I get is lip service and excuses that the soundbar is still on back order. Probably not his fault but someone there should own this. Strangely the sales floor has literally dozens of golf carts with the soundbar installed. Maybe uninstall one of them and install it, as promised, on our cart? Be careful dealing with these folks. Don't make the mistake, as we did, of paying for something upfront that will not show up. So disappointed, so very disappointed.
