I used to love this place but the new guy RAY sucks. He's not nice and makes me feel like I'm bothering him. I asked him what flavors they have and he seemed so annoyed and talked facing away from me so I can't hear anything over the street traffic. They lock the inside doors after a certain time and the way they have the products, you can't really see from the window. Please bring back the other guys, they were much more helpful and nice. Stopped by with my boyfriend to pick up a new mod and Rosalie was there to help us out. She was patient with the questions we had and had a fun personality which made her nice and easy to talk to. We ended up purchasing a new mod a couple bang pods and a cbd pod, which she was kind enough to let us try in the store, after purchasing, to make sure that they worked fine. I was around the Commerce area and was looking for a smoke shop for salt nic juices and some other items and ended up finding this super cool tiny shop with a huge welcoming vibe and a nice selection of juices. Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and helpful their prices are fare the place is nice and clean with a super cool atmosphere. I drive over 20mls whenever im in need of a smoke shop or all my vape needs and always get the best one can get from a smoke/vape shop. Give them a try trust me this place is a hidden Gem!! Also they do have 2 locations the other one is in DT LA. They also have a punch card for shoppers i think its if you purchase 10 juices 11ths free if im not mistaking. So yeah a very well deserved 5 stars and i hope they keep up the great work so i can keep coming back and spread the word about them to help them prosper and open more locations hopefully one near the SFV.
