Zero stars was not an option . This is my home shop and I have bought many products here and it has been great service. There is one man who works here who does not listen. While purchases a puff flow, the employee asked us to try to flow (as many shops do) to make sure it works. A lot of times juice in vapes can be old so it creates a burnt taste in that case a replacement is given. Today the employee denied that the juice was burn without trying it. Then assumed that I just wanted a new flavor and hassled me. Overall I will NOT be back. read more

Literally she said that the person who works there will be back in two hours that she doesn't know anything about the products I think that is so ridiculous. How do they expect to run a business? I have been to this shop a few times now. I have never had a bad experience. For me, it was like going to any other business. However, if my future visits/experiences do change in a negative manner, then shall my review. Matter of fact, I was just at the shop maybe 30 minutes ago and the guy behind the counter was very nice and greeted me with a smile...that was my first time seeing this particular person. The one thing I have noticed, their price of cigarettes are about a dollar more expensive than ampm. I was under the impression that a "smoke shop" were supposed to have better prices than traditional businesses that sell cigarettes (hence the reason for 3 stars). read more

Giving this place 1 star. I used to go in this place ALL the time to buy from this place, unfortunately they got rid of the skinny kid who was working there (very nice guy) now they have this fat guy who DOES NOT wear a face mask and he came from the back zipping up his pants like he just got done wanking it. Plus the fat guy is super rude and just has a "I don't give a fuck attitude". Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone till they get rid of this guy. This place is a piece of sh*t. The people who work here are extremely rude and unhelpful. I bought an expensive rig that happened to be trash. The "Quartz" piece that they sold me broke as soon as I put the torch to it. It's been a month and I have yet to receive a replacement part after they told me countless of times that they would order me one. Now when I go back to see if they have the piece, they complain and tell me to come back another day. I've been there about 6 times in the last month and they still don't help me. I was sold an expensive piece than had a cracked in it when I found out I returned it, the guy said he would give me another piece that was very similar. It was obvious he sold it to me that way. Today was my 3rd time returning and I still haven't received the piece. This time the lady had no idea what I was talking about. After I was told she would be the one to give it to me on This day.
