They're always very pleasant and professional. I haven't had a bad experience there at all. I will continue to go back.

(Para español lea abajo) In this nonprofit place, if you…read moredon't read a big document in English they give you before donating, they won't let you donate blood. I took a freind this morning that cant read english and that is what i was told. I asked for a Spanish translation of the document and they said we dont have it in Spanish. So then I proceded to read and interpret the document to my my friend and immediately was told that she needed to read it herselfe, not me. I explained again that she couldn't read English and they said, sorry it our policy. ( I said they, because there were 3 persons behind the counter and they all took turns in responding to us, never smiling or apologising.) I asked if they had an interpreter and they said yes, but added that even the interpreter was not allowed to read and explain it to her. My freind and I were very disapointed and left. I even called their main office in Missouri and was told the same. So my freind called the American Red Cross in Roger's and immediately was provided with an interperter that took care of her with a super sweet attitude and made her an appointment to donate next week in Lowell. After that my freind said to me, "there are always good people in this community. " Remember she wasn't asking for anything, she was just trying to give a owrsinsl something precious gift to our community.

The Spero Clinic is a Godsend. They saved my son's life. The clinic is the only place that treats CRPS holistically and treats the patient's pain at the root cause of the symptoms. I have witnessed many patients ring the bell. My son rang the bell on June 23, 2022, after 15 weeks or treatment and VERY HARD WORK! There are no shortcuts; the patient has to commit 100%. Of course, the medical insurance industry is so broken that they don't pay for a process that is proven to be effective. This works. I am writing this review on 12/30/22, and my son is in remission. CRPS is such a monster and there is no one treatment that works for every patient. As with any intervention, please do your homework, but I can say that Spero works and my son is alive and nerve pain free today.

The white haired older lady named Melissa should be fired for medical malpractice. She inserted the needle into my arm and missed the vein (after commenting how "juicy" and "prominent" the vein was. I wish I was joking.) she reinserted and missed again. She then called over another lady to readjust the needle. They finally got the machine to take my blood and my arm slowly began falling asleep until I couldn't feel it. Then the machine shut off and they couldn't get my blood back into my body. As you can imagine, missing an armful of blood is not a very great feeling and I had to ask multiple times to finally get something to drink, as the lights in the room were getting incredibly bright and I was on the verge of passing out. Some scruffy looking kid held the bottle full of my blood above his head in an attempt to siphon my own blood back into my arm. When this didn't work, he gave up and just pulled the needle out, getting blood on my white shirt in the process. I was told to wait only 5 minutes before I was released and never offered any drink or snack which is customary at these facilities. I am typing this in my car because I feel light headed and weak from blood loss and am unable to drive. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS Edit: I failed to convey that they adjusted the needle about 6 times, tearing my vein in the process and giving me a massive hematoma.

I have seen them roll their eyes and or shake their heads when clients ask reasonable questions. I have observed employees talking poorly about their job and the wait times are incredibly long. Be prepared for a minimum 3 hour process from the time you enter the doors. You're lucky if you get out sooner. My biggest complaint is the way some staff members treat their clients. Most people are donating because they need the money...no sense in kicking someone while they're down.
