Once someone picked up, they were extremely helpful. They asked all the right questions and made sure I was directed to the exact right spot. ​Check-In: When I arrived at the clinic, the check-in process was seamless and easy. The ladies working at the front desk were super nice and welcoming. ​The Visit: I saw Daniel Sumko, whom I had never met before. He was wonderful! He truly listened to my concerns, discussed everything thoroughly with me, and gave me some great options. He even let me know that if he couldn't help me himself, he would gladly refer me to another doctor who could. It was so refreshing to have a medical professional who actually cared about my well-being just as much as I do. ​The entire process was insanely fast. I would highly recommend this clinic and Daniel Sumko to anyone looking for great, efficient care!

Tanner Clinic, regardless of location, has absolutely the worse online support I have ever seen…read more Their system supposedly allows appointments to be scheduled online, I have tried three times and been unsuccessful every time, so I end up waiting 30 minutes or more for their phone service to talk to a human in order to get an appointment a month or more from the date I needed. Tanner needs to junk their entire online patient portal system, get new administrative staff because what they have now is really bad, If I were a doctor in one of their practice groups I would be embarrassed.

My youngest daughter needed to see the dermatologist again last week and she told ME where to make the appointment and who to see. I doubt she knows the name of any other health care professional, but she knows his. Both daughers were seen for Acne and both daughters cannot say enough about the change it made. The medication they eventually took has some possible side affects that can be uncomfortable to talk about. Turns out, if PA Browning is doing the talking, it isn't. I shut my mouth and listened as he talked to them like adults and included them in the decision making. It's probably why they remember his name. Making and changing appointments is a breeze and I LOVE getting a text reminder of my appointment. I wish everyone did this.

My little 8-year-old had to have her adenoids and tonsils removed. She was a little nervous, but…read moreevery single person at this facility made her feel comfortable. Checking in at the front desk was easy. I had filled out the necessary documents online, so check in went quick. I also had my payment ready which was helpful (and they gave me a 10% discount). While I was signing documents, the sweet lady at the front desk chatted with my daughter and made her feel better. This was just the first good encounter of many. We didn't wait long before we were called back. The young lady that took us back was so sweet with my daughter. I wish I had caught we her name. She also helped to calm the nerves of my daughter. The anesthesiologist was an absolute hoot! We loved his "dad jokes." It was nice of him to come in and explain the anesthesia process to my 8-year-old. It helped her to know what to expect. Dr. Major also popped in to say hello. He was great with explaining things and calming the nerves. After speaking with him, I knew she was in good hands. Surgery went super quick (which is a good sign)! They had me back there with her in the recovery room in no time at all! The nurse, Michelle, is possibly the sweetest human being to exist. She's the one who took care of my child after surgery. She brought her water, a popsicle, and a nice warm blanket. When my daughter was still shivering, Michelle rushed to get her another warm blanket. She made sure my child was as comfortable as she could be. Michelle sat down with me and explained what to expect and how to care for my daughter post surgery. She highlighted the very important information and made sure I didn't have any questions. She gave me a few tips and tricks which have been a lifesaver. When my daughter was feeling well enough, Michelle wheeled her out to my car in a wheelchair. She let me bring the car around the front so my daughter didn't have to be out in the cold. We had a great experience here and I'd highly recommend this surgical center!

However, they lied to us about the crutches I needed afterwards being free -- I would not have accepted them if I knew I had to pay for them. We were assured they were complementary and that was a lie. I would go to a more reputable place that does not cheat and lie to its patients -- and I wonder if they've cut corners elsewhere in quality of care, as this sort of immoral and unethical behavior may have seeped in elsewhere. Not recommended unless you have no other option.
