I have been…read moredonating here for 7+ years, and while they definitely get much busier at certain times of the year, the last 3 months or so have been something else. Their appointments are so overbooked and wait times just aren't worth it anymore. My last time I waited over 2.5 hours just to get poked. Including over 30 minutes sitting on the donor bed where no one came to help me. When the donation process is regularly over 3 hours, it just ain't worth it anymore. I'm still giving them 2 stars cause I realize these issues aren't the fault of most of the employees, and while there is a bad apple here and there most of the employees are chill and cool. Rush, Danica, Sylvia, etc. they are all awesome! And I can't give it 1 star when I've still been coming back like nothing has changed. I guess I am just that used to the extra $. But even my patience is waning and I'm unsure how long I can keep coming if they don't fix their current issues. Let me ask this: How can they close much earlier than even midnight when my appointment was for 5pm, and I wasn't done until nearly 8:30? The last appointments for the day are 8pm.... I do not have any health problems whatsoever. Beware of getting their ego hurt or they will deferred you for life under false pretences, like they did with me today.
