I been going to this place for over a week at first the customer services was great. But unfortunately there's an employee there that gave me a horrible experience and the owner and another employee were there they seem to handle the situation well. The owner was ringing up customers and the other employee took my order, I ask the owner and the lady that took my order what other juice can they use instead of orange juice they informed me that they can do carrot juice. So went ahead and ask them to do it with carrot juice and out of nowhere the rude employee came up and didn't informe me that she was going to be one making the juice she just came up and said if you don't like it we cannot refund your money and if you change your mind because you didn't like it you will have to pay again, I didn't mind her letting me now there policy it's was her attitude that was no okay, then I ask the owner and the lady that took my order if the orange juice was natural and the owner answer me and said all of our juices are natural, so I said oh okay then just make it orange juice, and they said okay when I got my drink the rude employee gave it to me and said it's with carrot juice and I said oh ,I told them I wanted with orange before you it was made and they said yes. The owner and the employee that took my order said oh I can re make it and I said no worries let me try I might like it, I ended up liking it and I told them it was fine. Then they gave me my moms drink and I had order a medium and they gave me a small, so I told the rude employee, I'm sorry but I order a medium and the lady that took my order said yes she's right, but the rude employee said I can charge you the drifence if you want the medium mean while the owner said oh we can make it a medium but the rud employee said we only charged you for a small and she stated that twice! The owner never said I'm going to charge you the drifence for a medium never told me If you don't like your shake because you want carrot juice, it was just the rude employee she cut off the owner, when she said I can make it a medium, but my mom and I told her it's okay will take the small. I went the next day and the employee that gave me a bad service was there. I asked her if the other lady can take my order. So the lady came and help me and said I'm actually the owner I didn't get a chance to tell you yesterday. So I explain to her why I didn't want her employee to help me and instead of her understanding the customer she started to defend her employee. She even told me that sometime we us customers are the the ones that don't understand the employees, that's why her employee has that attitude. Then the owner made a comment to me , that she was her best employee that she gets the best customer service compliments, the employee look at me and shook her head saying yes and gave me a smirk with attitude, so I just drop it and responded back to the owner well that's great and I hope she keep getting good customer service reviews. I believe customer services is very important and it's so sad that the owner doesn't fell lthe same way, that we us customers are making her business grow and yes the employee are important as well but they need to be well trained to be able to give excellent customers services.. read more

This is a great spot to find some healthy food, juices, and smoothies. I tried the green juice and the bionico and both were great. Also staff is very good and attentive. Definitely going back again! read more

The girl that always rings up orders has a bad attitude all the time. I asked for a Vegan PB smoothie. I saw them making it with Whey. I have an allergy to dairy. So I told them I had asked for Vegan protein. They remade it with attitude and the cashier was whispering close to the girl making it. When she said my order was ready and I grabbed my drink, she then told me that I had to pay 1 dollar for vegan protein. Even though when she read back the order she said chocolate vegan PB shake. I won't be going back until she is gone and management trains them to respect customers. I will also be letting all of my friends and family in the community to no longer support this small business. I have tried time and time again to give them a chance, but when I am not being met with the same respect I'm giving I won't support. Ok this place has good food, I'm vegan so I'm grateful for vegan options BUT the workers here are rude af!!! I go here weekly for an açaí bowl, vegan wrap, vegan protein shake etc. I don't live close but I make the commute because it's bomb. The women there aren't friendly, they don't explain pricing and they charge your card .50 each transaction without telling you. I just ordered my usual vegan wrap, and they charged me the usual $8. This stupid wrap only has lettuce and tomato In it. It usually comes with vegan Caesar dressing and vegan chicken. I'm confused so I call. She tried to tell me adding chicken is usually $11(+3 for fake meat).. I'm like wtf? I've ordered this dozens of times.. it's never that expensive and it always comes with chicken. So now I'm eating a damn tortilla with lettuce. Cool. She didn't give a damn either. Pretty sure she just hung up on me. I mean I'm spending $50-$100 weekly here, I support small business; especially women owned.. nah. F this place.. I'm not coming back, ever. I put like 10 ppl onto this location and I'll let them know too. You can have bomb drinks and food but if you're an asshole, we're not coming back. read more

The BEST natural juice bar in the AV! Their menu is filled with such diversity there is something for EVERYONE (vegans included),and if not then you have the option to customize your own no problem! AND you don't have to feel guilty about what you're eating/drinking. The workers are absolutely wonderful and always strive for the best for their customers! Same goes to the owner, she is so humble and welcomes everyone with open arms, and not afraid to start a blender to help out. This place has by far one of the most friendly environments, delicious food options, and of course what their know for, their out of this world juices and bionocos. I highly recommend this place to try it at least once and I promise it will be your first of many. read more

I found this place by pure coincidence. Its hidden in the back but it's not to be overlooked. My fruit drink and Turkey pesto panini were delicious. My mami enjoyed her vampiro drink aswell. It might not have a drive thru but well worth getting off to order. A definite come back to place. read more

This is my favorite place to get a nice refreshing drink . The place is always clean and they've got a nice selection of natural drinks and I especially love the chamangos that are made here.
