I CANNOT believe how UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL and ARROGANT these people are!!!!! It blows my mind that they have acted this way towards my mother that has called and confirmed her classes for January several times (months in advance), has obviously already booked her flights, hotel room, rental car, etc. AND has 4 people that were flying out to be her live models that have already booked their flights and rooms as well (1 person flying from Alaska). Then all the sudden, a "flighty" woman called a few days ago to let my mother know that they won't be having the class at that time because the microblading technician will be in Japan?!?!?! Excuse my language, but WHAT THE FUCK??????????? First off, they should've known that someone would've been on vacation and obviously marked off for however long they'll be gone. Second, who the hell do you think you are leaving a message like that and then not responding at all the next day when my mother is trying to figure out what's going on.. Third, how can you be so nonchalant about 5 people wasting hundreds and hundreds of dollars because of a mistake BIOTOUCH made?????????? Not even so much as an apology!!!!!!! I CANNOT EVEN FATHOM HOW THIS PLACE IS STILL OPEN!!!!! We'll make sure to leave horrible reviews on any site that has any information about Biotouch, all social media, better business bureau, etc to let others know that they could do the same thing to you. Biotouch Academy cleared up all my confusion in the permanent makeup industry.I came from another Academy where I did not get all the training that I thought I was going to get I did not learn anything that made me feel confident at all. I was referred by my good friend, who did the permanent cosmetic class a while ago, she said this is the best training she ever had, I came to take the microblading class and I'm completely please with the class, the instructors are very professional, they don't just tell me I'm doing everything good, they mark my mistakes and teach me how to do it the right way, and how to fix them, they do make sure we learn it right, they're also bilingual, Wich is awesome because my first language is Spanish, the kit is very complete, very nice, gives you everything you need for a good start read more

I highly recommend this academy and here are my reasons: I picked this school bcuz it was close to my home. Before I signed up to the classes I was invited to take a tour with Liza who showed me around and gave me a detailed picture of the permanent makeup industry, the curriculum, the instructors and marketing my future business. Today i got my eyebrows Microbladed and shaded for the first time. The color matches my red hair, i was very impressed with the process of it. It didn't hurt as much as i thought it would. I've received lash lifts and tints multiple times here by both Vivian and Chantelle. They both do an excellent job of achieving my desired lift.
