Their prices were reasonable and they were able to come back in a few hours to do the install that same day! Our roof was pressure washed and optical gel treatment was done. The staff was friendly and did a good job cleaning up before leaving. For those who don't know, optical gel is a deterrent using sight and smell. It apparently looks like fire to the birds. Very impressive, as it definitely does a great job of keeping the birds away! Since their service was excellent, I called them again a few months ago to see what they could do for our solar panels. We noticed that birds were starting to come around after we got them installed. Again, they quoted a reasonable price and they came back to screen off our solar panels a few days later. I'm happy to report that our roof is bird free! Overall the team was awesome and took the time to do the job right! I appreciated the attention to detail, the before and after pictures included in the emails, and Danielle who was friendly and very organized. Highly recommended!

Not only did he protect my house from the pigeons that have called it home for the last few years, he also pressure washed and cleaned all the area of the roof from pigeon droppings. Added grates and spikes to prevent them from coming back and even cleaned up any droppings left from the pigeons roosting. And I don't just mean spray off the concrete. He even dug in the dirt and rocks to get as much out as possible and cleaned up the front yard area where there was droppings! He also tidied up some shoddy work from the company that installed my solar panels. His pricing was fair and addressed all the possible future locations pigeons might want to roost to ensure they will be gone for good! Cannot recommend Amos enough!

We opted for the brick for the aesthetics Amos was very quick about getting back to me, he texted me about the roof, which he said wasn't bad, we would just need to block off the water from the hot tub to the pool. I made a call and Zack and his co-worker were at my house within a couple of days. They came earlier than the scheduled appointment and completed a full check of the house and roof. Zack gave me a full rundown with the options to move forward with, if I wanted to pursue. Super easy. It really came down to how much I wanted done and obviously how much to spend. For my particular situation, I had a few birds starting to nest on top of back patio roof under the overhang. It was one place with cover and and opening. Basically, Zack took care of that long opening by meshing it out and then I had him pressure wash all the feces off the perch portion(s) of that area. Everything ran about $350. Relatively reasonable on price, I presume. The service itself is to the point, super professional without pressure and/or hassle. It cost nothing for Zack to come out and survey the problem. The cost only comes until after the quote. I would highly recommend calling this outfit knowing you will commit to the service(s) needed and get a discount on the spot. Otherwise, you will get charged full price if they need to come back out on a different day and/or time. I believe the discount is 10%. Also, keep in mind that once service is complete the birds aren't immediately gone. They are simply displaced and will tend to still try to hang around but at least won't be nesting in which is the real problem...well, at least, in my situation, anyway. Every case is different. Zack is very knowledgeable in his profession and has even helped me with advice when I contacted him about other possible deterrence I could use to help keep them away after the service was performed. I had pigeon proofing, roof cleaning, and solar proofing work done on my roof from these guys in…read moreArizona. I paid over $2,000 for the work and my pigeon problem continues. Their guarentee is a joke, their guarentee is basically if you pay us more money we will try something else, they wont even give you a discount if they have to come back out multiple times to try something new. The solar proofing job they did made my problem worse. They did not use the correct material and clamps on my panels, they just used flexible mesh folded in on itself. This has caused pigeons to press on the cheap flexible mesh, forming their own beds across my solar panels. The new exterminators I hired said the cheap flexible materials used on my panels is most likely the reason why I still have pigeon problems. Some of the non solar pigeon proofing work they performed started falling apart a couple months after the work was performed. I believe this is due to low quality materials and not the fault of the techs. I am currently working with another pigeon exterminator to replace the mesh on my solar panels with the correct materials and clamps. They also replaced some of the deterances that fell apart (The Pigeon Specialist work). If you end up hiring these guys for solar panel proofing, make sure they use the correct material and clamps. Pros: Friendly techs Price is fair Cons: Low quality materials Do not stand by their work

He said 90% of the time clean up takes about an hour at 89.00 per hr plus 350.00 for installing spiking so the pigeons do not return. So a total of 439.00 When his crew got here they quoted 2 HOURS for clean up and 495 for installing spiking. So a total of $674.00. I was fine with the 495.00 but I questioned Barry on why the clean up was so much since the birds have not been there that long only a few months. I asked why would it be TWICE the cost for clean up. He said he is not there that is just what his guys told him. I let him know my husband does appliance repair and he charges on the 1/4 hour so if it takes an hour and 15 min that is what he charges because he believes you should only charge for the time it takes. I asked him if I time how long it actually takes for his crew to clean up would he also bill on the quarter hour not the full hour if it only took them an extra 15 minutes. He was offended at my questioning his billing and said that is how he bills. He became extremely rude and said get another company and hung up the phone. I would NOT RECOMMEND this COMPANY!

Update: We have reached out twice to get a quote for more spikes because we are still having a ton of issues. Within a day they had moved to other ledges that didn't get spikes installed.
