No complaints. I have not seen any bugs outside. Just the usual carpet beetles inside our lobby. And most likely other Owners have the same experience. We've asked our neighbors, many of them have them, too. The previous pest service advised the fake turf areas get cleaned, to cut down on that, as well, as get Republic to change out the dumpsters, for the dumpster enclosures to get regular cleanings, and, also, the dog waste that some people leave for the Porter to pick up, that contributes to the carpet beetles.
