They definitely had a back log of To Go orders, while we were the only party dining in. Prices are comparable to other Korean chicken places, but that means they're on the high side in general. The rice bowl was ready in ~10 minutes and they held it for another 5-7 minutes before asking if we wanted to start with that first. We started with that and 35 minutes after ordering, the host gave us a free order of wings (supposedly an order that no one had picked up, so who knows how long that had been sitting around!). But the gesture was appreciated. 5 minutes later, our original chicken order was delivered. 40+ minutes in total! I would have been ok if they had warned us up front, but then again, we might have left to go somewhere else. This is definitely the highest rated fast casual food in the area, and the food backed it up. Just be prepared to wait!

Loved that I was able to walk in and out and that my order was done correctly. I ordered pineapple jalapeño and lemon pepper boneless wings. The wings were very saucy, which is great, but I wish the sauce was of a thicker consistency. The sauces were more watery than I was expecting. Flavor was good, and they give you a large amount of fries for a small side. I will go back to try other flavors in the future and give them a second shot. Overall, my experience was good but I think i'll pass on the pineapple jalapeño flavor next time.

The manager then went to the back, separated them in front of me with an attitude, and repeatedly said, "All the wings are there," in a rude manner. The issue was never about missing food -- it was about the poor customer service, lack of organization, and unprofessional attitude. It was quite interesting to see KKC on one side and a Mexican kitchen on the other. The sign outside says 7-11 is coming soon. Can't wrap my head around on how that will rearrange things here. By the way, it is now a Shell station, not a Valero as shown in an older picture. Chicken is the most important thing to me when I come to a chicken joint. True to its name, KKC chickens are crispy, crunchy, juicy, slightly spicy, and full of flavor. I didn't ask for cajun seasoning but that's what I got. I don't think they have plain or mild chicken even if you ask. Personally I like spicy chicken so it works for me, except I would have preferred even spicier seasoning, but that's what hot sauce is for, I suppose. For the mention of Texas Bar-B-Que, I was expecting their brisket to be the star of the show. Pork items were equally tender and smoked. However, while standing in line, samples of BBQ steak were being passed out to customers, and it was absolutely delicious. There is hope yet, and a subsequent visit is necessary.
