The chicken Sando was so good but man the timing to wait for this was insane! I think the staff was not organized because my group received the wrong order even with a pager system and certain people were done before others that order before them. The sauces were good and the chicken was fresh. Would go back again just need to prepare for a long wait time. I've tried all of the halal hot chicken places in the Houston area (and some not halal ones in the past) and I can say with absolute confidence that Birdside has the best Nashville hot chicken in the city. It's really the closest tasting to what you can get in Nashville and it's always consistently good. I'm embarrassed that I go here so much the nice lady knows me now, but their chicken is addictive. The tenders are huge, crunchy, juicy, and flavorful. Be careful, the mild has a kick. I would call the medium spicy. Their wings are also very, very good. As are the mac and cheese and french fries. I normally don't even like getting mac and cheese from fast food places but theirs is yummy. I would probably eat here every day if my waistline and wallet would allow it.
