I went from having a rickety driveway that you could fall while walking completely sober and break your face, to an absolutely awesome driveway that included an upgraded sidewalk to the front porch and a side pad for the waste receptacles Omar and his crew were extremely professional, extremely hard workers, and finished in two days time! Within less than a week I had a brand new driveway that I could park on and use the way I was meant to. I engaged David to resurface my pool deck, stain it and patch a leak in a concrete pool spillover…read more His team did a very sloppy freehand job, did not use an edge guard and left stain all over the tile trim around my pool. I asked David about it and he said that he would take a look at it and determine if he needed to fix anything. I told him that I was stopping payment unless and until it was fixed. His guy came back and admitted that the work was sloppy because 1) he had his inexperienced grandson doing the trim work and 2) he was trying to knock off early. Also, instead of properly fixing the leak, they basically filled it with a raw ball of concrete, didn't bother leveling it AND SIMPLY STUCK ROCKS TO IT TO HIDE THE POOR WORKMANSHIP!!! When I again brought it to David's attention, his only response was to tell me to take $100 off (of a $3,200 bill) and ask me when he could pick up his check. Ultimately, the paint job came out OK (after I threatened to withhold payment). The spillover is still leaking, and it's going to cost me more than $100 now to get it fixed correctly. This is NOT the situation I was hoping for. As a disabled veteran with limited mobility, all I wanted was to have the work done correctly the first time by a professional without having to deal with this crap. I also have a driveway and other hardscapes that I was planning to have done as well, but it certainly won't be with this company. What a disappointment!

Well, for my piece of mind I wanted to make her walk a little safer when she is outside. I did a lot of research of company's in the surrounding areas and I found Paver Pro Restoration & Sealing. Their people were AWESOME!!!! I was able to get 95% of the hard stuff done over the phone and through E-mail. As traveling back and forth was not a possibility. They developed a "picture" for me of how the job would look and gave me a lot of insight and advice on what would work best for my mom and her yard. I was truly astonished that Sarah made the effort to make suggestions that were based on functionality and not on profit. I was willing and wanted to pay for a more extensive design but, her advice made for a more functional area that works much better for my mom then what I had envisioned. With the added bonus of lowering the total cost by 6% because of removing the "fluff" that I had originally thought was needed. I was not able to be there for the installation but, Mike and Shane made sure to keep me updated on the progress and called me several times with questions and to let me know when they ran into unforeseen problems. I would highly recommend Paver Pro to anyone that is looking for any work related to their walkway, driveway, pool area, etc.
