My first trip from Albany to JFK a year ago was great. But…read morelast night from JFK to Albany was not that good. I was supposed to be picked up around 6 pm but driver called and said she was ready to pick up around 4. It was good except I had no time to get water or food, and barely managed to change my SIM card to talk to the driver. (Why don't they use WhatsApp which would make it easier for travelers coming from other countries?) It was very hard to find the car. Driver just said "a very big black car" at the passenger pick up. Well, there are ziklinins big black cars at JFK, and very many pick up spots. After several calls (in a very loud and busy outside environment), she finally said lane D. It's a long lane. After I ran back and forth with 2 suitcases (I am 66 and have limited vision in the dark), she said D3. Even that place had several pick up spots. Finally we left JFK close to 6 pm. There were 5 passengers, one of whom spoke very loudly throughout the ride, discussed political issues with the young student from Serbia, shared her opinions etc. I was very uncomfortable. And loud. I did my best to keep my mouth shut, as did the other two women in the van. There was no water, snacks or scheduled toilet breaks. No announcements of seat belts, bathroom breaks etc. There was a small accident (not our driver's fault and no injuries) which caused another delay, and a subsequent loooong and looooud discussion by that same very talkative woman and the young man. By then I was getting a bad headache (hunger, dehydration, jet lag, and all this noise including the driver playing the radio. She never asked if it bothered anybody. After Kingston I moved to the back of the van hoping to get away from the loud passenger and the radio but music was even louder in the back! Also the ride was very loud and bumpy there as well. When we finally stopped at the Albany airport I had another anxious moment because I did not see my backpack with all the luggage. Turned out that the you gman from Serbia grabbed it and placed it on the sidewalk. He meant well, tried to help, but imo, it was the driver:s responsibility to safeguard all the luggage. I will use this service again since there are very few choices to get to JFK, and I do travel a lot, but I wish the company takes notice of these issues and improves drivers' training.

The price was excellent considering the level of service that we received. It was a fantastic trip.

He made the booking process incredibly easy and was fully transparent about pricing and policy (was not surprised with any hidden charges even at the end of the trip). He picked us up right on time at our hotel and offered us bottled waters and some restaurant recommendations around Niagara Falls, which was so considerate! We are out of town so we did not really know the area very well so his recommendations made it SO much easier for us to enjoy our trip without any added hassle. He also graciously made any stops we requested despite it not being on our official itinerary. We were so highly impressed with Enzo's professionalism and character that we asked if he was available the next day but unfortunately he was fully booked (AND FOR GOOD REASON!). My family and I all agreed that this day spent with Enzo in Niagara Falls was the highlight of our trip. Definitely the best limousine and transportation service I have ever used and would highly recommend to anyone! I live in NYC but will definitely be making a trip back out here for a wine trip per Enzo's recommendation and will ONLY be booking Imperial Limousine & Transportation!

One of the most disorganized and run-down Trailways locations I have been to…read more I understand that Oneonta is a tiny town, but it is ridiculous to have students have to crown in front of busses to find out where the bus is going rather than announcing which bus is arriving or having a more organized system. It isn't the first year you're doing this. If you want our business, students should be treated like human beings. It doesn't matter that we are young. We are your patrons and Trailways needs to step up their game. There's a huge need for these buses. Students rely on them to get to and from home. Changes need to be made in order to improve the experience on Trailways buses and waiting for the buses. I was recently going from Oneonta to NYC. That's such a huge stop to be getting off at, yet the bus was 40 minutes late and everyone waiting for it never got an explanation or an update as to where the bus was or when it would arrive after it not arriving at 11:10am when it was scheduled to arrive. If the tickets are no longer interchangeable for different ride times, then we as patrons need to be updated. The attitudes of the Trailways bus drivers also need to be corrected. The bathroom here was closed for females and the male bathroom looked like a scene out of the SAW movies. Run-down facilities, many snacks you can buy, although I wouldn't recommend it, arcade games, and food and drink vending machines. Very limited seating inside and the office isn't always open for you to wait for a bus in, so be mindful of what time you buy your ticket for because if the bus is before 8 or after 4:30pm, be prepared to wait outside for your bus to arrive.

Not only is making their customers print physical copies of their tickets an inconvenience, it also is not environmentally conscious. Don't even get me started on the Wi-Fi on these buses. Not sure it has ever worked any of the more than 10 times I have ridden with Trailways.
