    Consommé for birria
    Crystal G.

Ordered 3 birria tacos for $2.50 each with consommé on the side. So good! The service was quick enough. It's a food truck but they put a table and chairs outside to sit. I'll definitely be back!

Birria ramen Watered down tasting compared to other places. Very heavy on the noodles. $11

The queso birria tacos were very good The birria ramen could use more flavor and broth. Light tasting lots of noodles Would come back for the tacos

Queso tacos were so good. They are very generous with the birria and cheese and even with driving home about 5 minutes away the tacos were still crispy when I got home. The consome was delicious and added so much flavor when you dip the tacos in it. Also ordered the birria burrito and the meat like the tacos were so flavorful and tender. My only complaint was I asked for no onions and there were onions! Food truck is located on the street right in front of the Jon's shopping center. They have a few chairs and table to sit if you want to eat your food there.

There are WAYYYYYYYY to many pigeons here YIKES!

This wasn't for me. The birds, the grungy location... it just didn't hit me in the right spot. They were greasy and the consumme was extra and it didn't have the taste of a beefy broth either. They do take cards and take my review with a grain of salt... I live across the street from an AMAZING Beef Birria Tacos restaurant, so I'm possibly biased. Respectfully Reviewed

The Ramen birria was great the consommé had great flavor. The meat portion at first looked small but was more than enough and juicy. Overall one of the best birria ramen in the valley. Ziggy enjoyed the taco the friendly owner made for him. The staff were very friendly!

Love love love tacos de birria in general. Whether it be dorados, quesatacos or just simple tacos birria is just something so important to the Mexican culture. It's been a few weeks since I've stopped here but I love coming here during my lunch. This is also my second favorite birria spot since it's close to my job. Service here is always fantastic and I love that I can always call in my order ahead of time and by the time I get there it's ready. I love the salas and the green one is amazing too. Wait times can vary but it's worth it.

Queso taco is where it's at. Consumé has a strong cinnamon flavor.... it is a personal choice on if you like it or not. I tolerated it. Not the worst birria I've had but it's not the best. Brria taco Dorado is good. Better with the consume. The ramen version of this .... is a hard pass on my end... the concept is cool and I'm sure if they figure out the flavor it will be a huge hit but I would not recommend as it is! I would come back for the quesataco

We came here on a hot day and was craving something Hispanic. Came to realize that we had to try birria. We found this Birria taco truck close to our place and decided to order the following items: - Torta - Consome - Birria ramen - 4 tacos Everything was in a big size. It sure did fill us up. They have great food, great service, and the best part.....free and a lot of parking since they are located on the sidewalk of a market plaza.

I ordered the birria ramen ($10) and a birria mulita ($4 for 1). The ramen was excellent with the tapatio powder they add on the side to add as desired; there was also limes and chili in the bag but adding the onion and cilantro with the Tapatio alone was flavorful enough. The mulita came with a green and red salsa which were absolutely excellent and had just enough spice and lime.

Their tacos and Ramen are amazingly good! The flavors were amazing, and the birria was so tender. The Senora and the senor are so nice and sweet. If you're in the area. It's a must!! So glad we found this spot. Thank you!

A random find that turned out to be a lucky encounter. I had to try their birria ramen and tacos after seeing so many positive reviews and I'm glad to say, I was not disappointed. The workers here were also very kind and easy to talk to. While we were waiting for our orders, one of the chefs gave us some queso birria tacos to try since they made extras for free and it just teased us waiting for our orders even more. They were friendly and generous and that just made the food that much better! Ordered the birria tacos, birria ramen, and the birria quesadilla and all were very solid. The ramen soaked up all the flavors on the drive hone and it was still very much flavorful and tasty. Definitely add the tapatio powder and chili oil for extra flavor and spice, it made all the difference. I would definitely come back to try their order dishes like their tortas

Cute building with lovely patio seating: from the trailing hanging pothos plants, Spanish tiles, to relaxing latin-house music the vibes were welcoming. I'm not much of a drinker though, when asked if I wanted to make my pina colada a "float" I thought incorrectly about ice cream. It was graciously explained that you take an additional shot of rum and float it on top of the drink or mix in to make it extra boozy. The pina colada is top notch they hollow out a real pineapple to make the drink and it's the size of your face! The watermelon cocktail was delicious and there is also a mezcal option. Tasted like if a watermelon aqua Fresca was combined with a margarita, there is a hint of salt that brings out the fruit sweetness. We special ordered a bunch of different proteins and vegetables at half portions to make a feast: Aguachile- Light refreshing starter, kanpachi perfectly marinated and great for the summer heat. Crispy potato- Phenomenally done fingerling potatoes. Whipped beans- Carnitas on top made this dish. Fried chicken tacos- Found the chicken slightly on the dry side, if there was a creamy/thicker sauce would be even better... nothing wrong with flavor, good mild heat. I did enjoy the fresh shredded cabbage and carrots, reminded me of bahn mi. Empanadas- Loved the acidity of the sauce that cut through the fattiness of the ground meat. Light shell. Crispy Squash flower- Delicate crunch, like an angelic version of a jalapeno popper. Lamb chops- Definition of "treat-yourself" luxurious meat lollipops. Celery salad- Simple dish but the lemon flavor and tartness really helped break up the richness of other dishes. Churros- Light crunch and small, petite dessert. The thin caramel sauce is addicting. Fine dining, for those special occasions or if you just want to splurge for a morale boost highly recommend this restaurant. Valet parking or park across the street or around the corner in a lot for $5-10.

Located between Koreatown and Pico-Union, this restaurant delivers an outstanding dining experience from the moment you're seated. My wife and I both ordered the Mole Coloradito with chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. One detail we really appreciated was being able to choose between white meat or dark meat--a thoughtful touch that lets you customize your meal to your preference. The mole was rich, complex, and full of flavor, exactly what you would hope for from a restaurant known for its Oaxacan specialties. As a welcome appetizer, they bring fresh chips and salsa to the table, but what really impressed us was when they replaced the salsa with their incredible mole sauce. It was so good we found ourselves dipping everything into it. Both meals were served with rice that was perfectly cooked with a great consistency and flavor. For those feeling adventurous, give the Chapulines (grasshoppers) a try. They may sound intimidating, but they were surprisingly enjoyable and added to the authentic experience.
